Վիգեն Սարգսյանը շուտով յուղոտ պաշտոն կստանա

ՀՀԿ-ն թեւակոխել է քայքայման երկրորդ փուլը: Բանն այն է, որ Սերժ Սարգսյանի հրաժարականից եւ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի վարչապետ ընտրվելուց հետո շատերը ՀՀԿ-ից դուրս եկան: Այս ընթացքում ՀՀԿ-ն լքեցին բիզնես դաշտի խոշոր խաղացողները: Մասնավորապես, Սամվել Ալեքսանյանը, Արման Սահակյանը, Արտակ Սարգսյանը եւ այլք: Մի քանի օր առաջ էլ հայտնի դարձավ, որ ՀՀԿ-ի առաջին փոխնախագահի պաշտոնից հրաժարվում է նախկին վարչապետ Կարեն Կարապետյանը:

Կարապետյանը կուսակիցների շրջանում նշել է, որ այս շրջանում ինքն ակտիվ չէ եւ արդարացի չի էլ լինի, որ շարունակի մնալ այս պաշտոնում: ՀՀԿ-ում Կարապետյանի նման որոշումն անակնկալ է եղել եւ հակառակ նրան, որ նա նշել է, թե շարունակում է կուսակցական մնալ, նրա այս քայլը համարել են հենց ՀՀԿ-ն լքելու միտում: ՀՀԿ-ի մի քանի պատգամավորներ ՀԺ-ի հետ ունեցած մասնավոր զրույցում նշեցին, որ Կարեն Կարապետյանը երկրից հեռանալու ցանկություն այն ժամանակ է ունեցել, երբ արդեն պարզ է դարձել, որ ՀՀԿ-ն իշխանության վերադառնալու ոչ մի շանս չունի:

Այս պահին ՀՀԿ-ականները չգիտեն, թե որտեղ է գտնվում Կարեն Կարապետյանը: Մասնավորապես, ՀՀԿ խորհրդի անդամ Շուշան Սարդարյանը ՀԺ-ի հետ զրույցում ասաց, որ տեղյակ չէ Կարապետյանի գտնվելու վայրից, ինչպես նաեւ չգիտի, թե ինչու է նա հրաժարվել ՀՀԿ առաջին փոխնախագահի պաշտոնից: Սարդարյանը նաեւ չնշեց, թե ում է ուզում տեսնել այդ պաշտոնում: ՀՀԿ ԳՄ անդամ, արդարադատության նախկին նախարար Դավիթ Հարությունյանն էլ մեր զրույցում նշեց, որ ՀՀԿ խորհրդի նիստի օրը դեռ հայտնի չէ: Նա փոխանցմամբ՝ առայժմ չի շրջանառվում որեւէ թեկնածուի անուն: Հանրապետականի խորհրդի կազմից Ալիկ Սարգսյանն էլ ասաց, որ իրեն ոչ ոք դեռ խորհրդի նիստի չի հրավիրել, եթե հրավիրեն, կգնա: Նա միաժամանակ ասաց, որ տեղյակ չէ Կարեն Կարապետյանի հրաժարականի մասին:

ՀՀԿ-ի հնաբնակներից Գագիկ Մինասյանն էլ նշեց՝ տեղեկություն չունի, որ ՀՀԿ-ն առաջին փոխնախագահի ընտրության օրակարգով խորհրդի նիստ է հրավիրելու: «Ես գործադիր մարմնի վերջին նիստին չեմ մասնակցել եւ տեղյակ չեմ, որ նա հրաժարվել է այդ պաշտոնից»:

Դիտարկմանը, որ ՀՀԿ-ն արդեն սկսել են լքել քաղաքական դեմքերը, Մինասյանը նշեց. «Ոչ, ձեր գնահատականը իրականությանը չի համապատասխանում»:

Ի դեպ, «Հայկական ժամանակ»-ը դեռ 2016 թվականին գրել էր, որ ՀՀԿ 16-րդ համագումարում կուսակցության կանոնադրության մեջ փոփոխություններ էր տեղի ունեցել եւ ստեղծվել էր կուսակցության առաջին տեղակալի պաշտոնը: Այն հատուկ արվել էր Կարեն Կարապետյանի «սիրտը շահելու» համար, սակայն Կարապետյանն այն լքում է, երբ արդեն չկա անձնական շահ: 2011 թվականին էլ նա Երեւանի քաղաքապետի պաշտոնն էր լքել ու մեկնել Մոսկվա:

Անդրադառնալով ՀՀԿ նախագահի առաջին տեղակալի թափուր պաշտոնին՝ նշենք, որ ՀՀԿ-ամերձ որոշ անձիք այս պաշտոնի հավանական թեկնածու տեսնում են պաշտպանության նախկին նախարար, Սերժ Սարգսյանի նախկին ռեֆերենտ Վիգեն Սարգսյանին: ՀՀԿ փոխնախագահ դառնալու մասին տեղեկությունը ՀԺ-ի հետ հեռախոսազրույցում Վիգեն Սարգսյանը ո՛չ հերքեց, ո՛չ հաստատեց: Նա սկզբից մինչեւ վերջ լսեց հարցը եւ ասաց. «Հանրապետական կուսակցությունը լուրջ կառույց է, մամուլի գրասենյակ ունի, ինչո՞ւ եք ինձ զանգում»,- ասաց Վիգեն Սարգսյանը եւ հրաժարվեց պատասխանել մեր հարցին:

Նշենք, որ ՀՀԿ պաշտոնական կայքի համաձայն՝ ՀՀԿ ԳՄ-ի եւ ՀՀԿ խորհրդի կազմում որեւէ փոփոխություն տեղի չի ունեցել:
