ԵՐԵՎԱՆ, 28 ՀՈՒՆԻՍԻ, ԱՐՄԵՆՊՐԵՍ: Առողջապահության նախարար Արսեն Թորոսյանն ընդունել է Սանկտ Պետերբուրգի փոխնահանգապետ Աննա Միտյանինային և նրա գլխավորած պատվիրակությանը՝ քննարկելու համատեղ ծրագրերն ու գործակցության նոր հնարավորությունները: Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ առողջապահության նախարարությունից:              

Առողջապահության ոլորտում Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության հետ Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունը գործակցում է Առողջապահության և բժշկագիտության  բնագավառներում համագործակցության մասին համաձայնագրի, ինչպես նաև Փոխըմբռնման Հուշագրի շրջանակներում՝ ամենատարբեր ուղղություններով: Համատեղ աշխատանքներ են ընթանում նաև միջկառավարական հանձնաժողովների, նաև Անկախ պետությունների համագործակցության, Եվրասիական տնտեսական միության կառույցների, ինչպես նաև Առողջապահության համաշխարհային կազմակերպության ծրագրերի շրջանակներում:

Ներկայումս ակտիվ համագործակցություն է ընթանում, մասնավորապես, մոր և մանկան առողջության պահպանման ոլորտում: Ռուսական կողմն արդեն մի քանի տարի է՝ պարբերաբար Մոսկվայի և Սանկտ Պետերբուրգի առաջատար բժշկական կենտրոններում կազմակերպում է դասընթացներ` մանկաբարձության, նեոնատոլոգիայի, մանկաբուժության, ուռուցքաբանության և մի շարք այլ թեմաներով: Դասընթացներին մասնակցել են մի քանի տասնյակ հայ մասնագետներ Երևանից և Հայաստանի մարզերից:

Հանդիպման ժամանակ կարևորվել է այսօրինակ գործակցության շարունակումը՝ վերապատրաստման, փորձի փոխանակման թեմաներում ընդգրկելով նաև մանկական տրավմատոլոգիայի, վերարտադրողական առողջությանն առնչվող հարցեր:

Սանկտ Պետերբուրգում ներդրվում է «Հոգատար պոլիկլինիկայի» նոր մոդել, որը հետաքրքրել է նախարար Թորոսյանին, ով շեշտել է, որ Հայաստանում ևս կարևորվում է պոլիկլինիկաների խորհրդային մոդելն արդիականացնելու, վերափոխելու հարցը:

Ռուսական կողմն իր հերթին հետաքրքրվել է առողջապահության էլեկտրոնային համակարգի ներդրման ուղղությամբ հայկական կողմի փորձով, համակարգային ընթացիկ փոփոխություններով:

Երկուստեք կարևորվել է Եվրասիական միության ընձեռած հնարավորություններից առավելագույնս օգտվելու հանգամանքը: Թորոսյանն առաջարկել է առավել ակտիվ գործակցել դեղագործության ոլորտում՝ ռուսական կողմին կոչ անելով ակտիվորեն մասնակցել դեղերի ձեռքբերման պետգնումների մրցույթներին: Այս ու այլ ուղղություններով գործակցությունն առավել ամրապնդելու նպատակով պայմանավորվածություն է ձեռք բերվել սերտացնել փոխայցերն ու հանդիպումները:

Առաջիկայում սպասվում է հայ-ռուսական առողջապահական հերթական ֆորումը, որը կանցկացվի Ռուսաստանում:
