Սույն թվականի նոյեմբերի 17-ին ՝երկուշաբթի օրը, Միացյալ Նահանգներում, Յուտա նահանգում,ավելի կոնկրետ Օրեմ քաղաքում տեղի է ունենալու Միջազգային փառատոն, որտեղ տարբեր երկրների մասնակիցներ ներկայացնելու են իրենց ազգային մշակույթը: Երկարատև բանակցություններից հետո ԵՐԿԻՐՍ ՝ Հայաստանս ներկայացնելու պատիվը նվաճեցի ես: Ինչու՞ նվաճեցի,որովհետև գործ ունեի հայերի հետ: Իսկզբանե երբ դիմեցի ինձ մեռժեցին,ասելով որ հայկական թիմը պատրաստ է և նոր կադրի կարիք չունի: Համեստորեն լռեցի ու անգամ չհասկացա,ոնց կարող էին ինձ մեռժել: Ախր ես ութ տարի բառիս բուն իմաստով այդ գործի մեջ եմ: Իրանց նման տաս թիմ կտանեմ ծով ծառավ կբերեմ, ու թեպետ ոչ մի առարկություն չբարձրաձայնեցի,այնուամենայնիվ վիրավորված զգացի ինձ, քանզի թուրքական մուղամ լսող մարդիկ, փորձում էին Հայաստանս ներկայացնել: Անգամ չփորձեցի ապացուցել թե ով եմ, շրջվեցի և հեռացա: Ակամայից հիշեցի հանրահայտ ֆիլմից մի արտահայտություն. -Միայնությունը, ոչ թե ֆիզիկական երևույթ է այլ հոգեվիճակ: Դեռ մանկուց պայքարել եմ, պայքարել եմ տարատեսակ երևույթների դեմ, մարդկանց, մարդանման էակների, բարքերի, արդարության ու էլի շատ բաների դեմ: Երբեմն հաղթել եմ, երբեմն պարտվել, բայց մի բան կարող եմ հստակ նշել՝երբեք չեմ դավաճանել ինքս ինձ: Քանզի չէի կարող միջոցառմանը ներկա լինել հասարակ հանդիսատեսի կարգավիճակում, որոշեցի մասնակցության այլ ուղիներ փնտրել: Դիմեցի Բրազիլացիներին: Կես բառից վերցրեցի ինձ,ընդգրելով իրենց շարքերը միանգամից նշանակեցին թիմի լիդեր ու լիովին հետևում էին իմ խորհուրդներին: Ինչ արած, հայերիս բախտն է այդպիսին՝ հայերովս միայն իրար միս կարանք լավ ուտենք: Ինչևէ փորձերը անցնում էին հրաշալի: Թավջութակով, կիթառով ու դաշնամուրով նվագում էինք իմ հեղինակայնին գործերից և բրազիլացիները ամեն բան անում էին,որ հանկարծ չլքեմ իրենց: Հոգիս լացում էր,ինչպես թե ես բրազիլացիների համար եմ աշխատում… Իսկ ինչ են անում հայերը, մի թե նրանք այնքան պատրաստ էին,որ անգամ չլսեցին ինձ, մի թե ես որևէ վնաս կհասցնեի իրենց մտահաղացումներին: Մի խոսքով այսօր ժողովին,երբ արդեն հաշված օրեր են մնացել միջոցառմանը, իմանում եմ, որ հայկական թիմը հրաժարվել է մասնակցությունից: Հրաժարվել է և հեռացել… Ինչ կարող եմ ասել.՝-ԱՄՈԹ ՁԵԶ: ԹՔԵՄ ՁԵՐ ԵՐԵՍԻՆ: ՍՏՈՐ ԵՔ: Ինչպես մարդ կարող է հրաժարվել այսպիսի պատասխանատու միջոցառումից:Ինչպես մարդ կարող է հրաժարվել իր երկիրը, մշակույթը, խոհանոցը ներկայացնելուց, այն էլ ԱՄՆ-ում, այն էլ միջազգային փառատոնին: Սրիկաներ՝ Հարյուրամյա տարելիցից ամաչեք, Ցեղասպանության անմեղ նահատակների ժառանգներից ամաչեք, Վիլսոնյան քարտեզից ամաչեք,ամաչեք բոլոր այն հայորդիներից,ովքեր առիթ են ման եկել ՀԱՅ ՈՒ ՀԱՅԱՍՏԱՆ ներկայացնելու համար: Անունս Ռաֆայել Մնացականայան չէր լինի եթե հարցին լուծում չտայի: Գնացի գրասենյակ և ապացուցեցի,որ հրաժարականը անբարո քայլ է: Ոչ ոք իրավունք չունի բոլորի անունից հրաժարական տալ: Ես խոստացա, որ ինքս, մենակովս՝ Ռաֆայել Մնացականյանովս կբարձրանամ բեմ, սահմանված կարգով կներկայացնեմ երկիրս ու հեղինակային երգս կնվիրեմ ՀԱՅՈՑ ՄԵԾ ԵՂԵՌՆԻ ՀԱՐՅՈՒՐԱՄՅԱԿԻՆ: Ինքս կնվագեմ, ինքս կերգեմ, ինքս կցուցադրեմ ու ինքս օրինակ կծառայեմ նրան, որ այդ հսկայական դահլիճում բոլորը մեկ րոպե լռությամբ հարգեն անմեղ նահատակների հիշատակը: Ես ինքս կանեմ, ես կարող եմ…Կանեմ ու տեսագրությունը կտեղադրեմ համացանցում,որ տեսնեն, որ ամաչեն բոլոր նրանք ովքեր ինձ համար շարքային դավաճաններ դարձան:Ազգային շահը երբեք չի կարող առավել լինել անձի շահից: Ես գիտեմ թե ես ով եմ, ես գիտեմ թե ինչ կարող եմ անել և ինչ ոչ, ես գիտեմ հնարավորի ու անհնարի եզրագիծը, ես մարտիկ եմ՝մարտիկ եմ սիրո, արդարության, բարքերի, արժանապատվության: Ես մարտիկն եմ Միացյալ Հայաստանի, Մեծ Հայքի, Ազատ Արցախի: Սա ես եմ… Գրեթե միշտ ձեր ՝ Ռաֆայել Մնացականյանը…©
