Երևանի թիվ 132 դպրոցի նախկին տնօրենին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել կաշառք ստանալու համար

ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի ԵՔՔՎ Արաբկիր վարչական շրջանի քննչական բաժնում քննվող քրեական գործով բավարար փաստական տվյալներ են ձեռք բերվել՝ Երևանի թիվ 132 հիմնական դպրոցի նախկին տնօրենի կողմից կաշառք ստանալու վերաբերյալ։ Այս մասին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի դեպարտամենտի տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից:

Մինչդատական վարույթում ձեռնարկված անհրաժեշտ քննչական միջոցառումների արդյունքում պարզվել է, որ 2016 թվականից մինչև 2018 թվականի մայիսի 23-ը «Երևանի թիվ 132 հիմնական դպրոց» ՊՈԱԿ-ի տնօրենի գործառույթներն իրականացրել է Վ.Սուքիասյանը, ով նույն դպրոցի զինղեկի օգտին, իր լիազորությունների շրջանակներում, գործողություններ կատարելու համար կաշառք է ստացել։ Մասնավորապես՝զինղեկը, 2018 թվականի ապրիլի 3-17-ը Դիլիջան քաղաքի առողջարանում վերականգնողական բուժման գտնվելու պատճառով չի ներկայացել աշխատանքի, սակայն բացակաները չարձանագրելու և կարգապահական պատասխանատվության չենթարկելու համար տնօրենը, գործավարի միջնորդությամբ, 2018 թվականի ապրիլի 27-ին պահանջել և 2018 թվականի մայիսի 3-ին դպրոցում՝ գործավարի միջոցով, ստացել է որպես կաշառք նախապես պահանջված 70.000 ՀՀ դրամ գումարը:

Ձեռք բերված ապացույցների հիման վրա՝ Վ.Սուքիասյանին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 311-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով՝ կաշառք ստանալու համար, իսկ գործավարին՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 313-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով՝ կաշառքի միջնորդության համար։
