Բնապահպանական իրավախախտման հետևանքով հաշվարկվել է շուրջ 11 մլն դրամի շրջակա միջավայրին հասցված վնաս

ՀՀ բնապահպանության և ընդերքի տեսչական մարմնի ստորաբաժանումների աշխատակիցների կողմից հունիսիի 18-ից 22-ն ընկած ժամանակահատվածում կատարված ստուգումների, շրջայցերի, հաշվետվությունների ընդունման, ինչպես նաև Տեսչական մարմնին հանձնված վարչական վարույթների քննության արդյունքում հայտնաբերվել և արձանագրվել է 12 իրավախախտում, 5-ի (3-ը՝ նախկինում հայտնաբերված) վերաբերյալ անցկացվել է վարչական վարույթի քննություն և նշանակվել450.000 ՀՀ դրամի վարչական տուգանք: Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ բնապահպանության նախարարության տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից:

Վերոնշյալ ժամանակահատվածում բնապահպանական իրավախախտման հետևանքով շրջակա միջավայրին հասցված վնասի չափը կազմել է՝ 11.368.502 ՀՀ դրամ:

Բուսական աշխարհի պահպանության ոլորտ

Արձանագրվել է իրավախախտման 9 դեպք:  

Քննված վարչական վարույթներով հաշվարկվել է 9.294.100 ՀՀ դրամի շրջակա միջավայրինհասցված վնաս, նշանակվել՝ 300.000 ՀՀ դրամի վարչական տուգանք, որից՝ 

ՀՀ Լոռու մարզ՝ ապօրինի ծառահատման 3 դեպքով (6 բոխի, 2 թխկի, 1 խնձորենի, 9 հացենի, 5 բալենի, 1 բալենու ճյուղ, 1 հացենու ճյուղ) հաշվարկվել է 1.258.500 ՀՀ դրամի, փայտանյութի ապօրինի տեղափոխման 2 դեպքով (2.95 խմ)՝ 106.200 ՀՀ դրամի շրջակա միջավայրին հասցված վնաս։ 

ՀՀ Գեղարքունիքի մարզ՝ ապօրինի ծառահատման 1 դեպքով (840 թեղի) հաշվարկվել է7.929.400 ՀՀ դրամի շրջակա միջավայրին հասցված վնաս։ 

Նախկինում հայտնաբերված իրավախախտումներ՝

ՀՀ Լոռու մարզ՝ փայտանյութի ապօրինի տեղափոխման 1 դեպքով նշանակվել է 100.000 ՀՀ դրամի վարչական տուգանք։ 

ՀՀ Տավուշի մարզ՝ փայտանյութի ապօրինի տեղափոխման 2 դեպքով նշանակվել է 200.000 ՀՀ դրամի վարչական տուգանք։

Մթնոլորտային օդի և ջրերի պահպանության, թափոնների տեղաբաշխման,

 հողերի օգտագործման և պահպանման ոլորտ 

Արձանագրվել է իրավախախատման 2 դեպք։ 

Քննված վարչական վարույթներով հաշվարկվել է 2.074.402 ՀՀ դրամի շրջակա միջավայրինհասցված վնաս, նշանակվել՝ 100.000 ՀՀ դրամի վարչական տուգանք, որից՝ 

ՀՀ Արագածոտնի մարզ՝ առանց ՍԹԱ թույլտվության աշխատելու 1 դեպքով հաշվարկվել է 16.914 ՀՀ դրամի չափով շրջակա միջավայրին հասցված վնաս, նշանակվել՝  100.000 ՀՀ դրամ գումարի վարչական տուգանք:

ՀՀ Սյունիքի մարզ՝ հողի ապօրինի տեղափոխման 1 դեպքով հաշվարկվել է 2.057.488 ՀՀ դրամի շրջակա միջավայրին հասցված վնաս։

Բնապահպանական և բնօգտագործման վճարների եռամսյակային հաշվետվությունները սահմանված ժամկետում չներկայացնելու համար

Արձանագրվել է իրավախախատման 1 դեպք։ 

ՀՀ Շիրակի մարզ՝ 1 տնտեսվարողի նկատմամբ նշանակվել է 50.000 ՀՀ դրամի վարչական տուգանք:
