Կառավարությունում արդեն իսկ քննարկումներ են սկսվել էլեկտրաէներգիայի և գազի սակագների ձևավորման կառուցվածքի վերաբերյալ: Լրագրողների հետ զրույցում այս մասին ասաց ՀՀ էներգետիկ ենթակառուցվածքների և բնական պաշարների նախարար Արթուր Գրիգորյանը: «Մենք այս պահին մանրակրկիտ ուսումնասիրություններ ենք իրականացնում: Դրանք շուտով կավարտվեն և կպարզվեն ինչպես կորուստները, այնպես էլ մնացած բոլոր այլ բաղադրիչները սակագնի մասով»,- «Արմենպրես»-ի փոխանցմամբ` նշեց նախարարը:

Անդրադառնալով դիտարկմանը, թե էներգետիկ ոլորտի անկախ փորձագետները պնդում են, որ էլեկտրաէներգիայի սակագինը նվազեցնելու հնարավորություններ կան` Արթուր Գրիգորյանն ընդգծեց, որ նման վերլուծությունները պետք է ունենան որևէ հիմք: «Հիմա մենք, որպեսզի նման հիմք ունենանք, ինքներս ենք Հանրային ծառայությունները կարգավորող հանձնաժողովի, Հայաստանի Էլեկտրական ցանցերի, մնացած բոլոր արտադրող կայանների հետ քննարկումներ նախաձեռնել, որպեսզի հասկանանք, թե ինչ վիճակում ենք ու ինչի կարող ենք հասնել»,- մանրամասնեց նախարարը:

Նա ընդգծեց, որ պատրաստ են լսել բոլոր փորձագետների կարծիքները և հաշվի առնել բոլոր առողջ դատողությունները:

Արթուր Գրիգորյանն անդրադարձավ նաև Հանրային ծառայությունները կարգավորող հանձնաժողովի որոշմանը, ըստ որի՝ Հայաստանի ատոմակայանի երկրորդ էներգաբլոկի շահագործման ժամկետի երկարաձգման համար տրամադրված 270 միլիոն դոլարի ռուսական վարկը հաշվարկվելու  է էլեկտրաէներգիայի սակագնի մեջ: Նախարարը վստահեցրեց, որ ռուսական վարկը, որը տրամադրվել է ատոմակայանի շահագործման ժամկետի երկարաձգման աշխատանքները իրականացնելու համար, սակագնի վրա չի ազդի, որովհետև իրենք նաև այդ ռիսկերն են հաշվի առել:

Միևնույն ժամանակ, նախարարն ընդգծեց, որ սակագների հարցով միակ իրավասու և լիազոր մարմինը Հանրային ծառայությունները կարգավորող հանձնաժողովն է: «Ես չեմ ցանկանում ստանձնել այդ պարտավորությունը և ասել, որ սակագների նվազում կլինի: Մենք աշխատանքները սկսել ենք, որոնք արդյունք կտան, եթե Հանրային ծառայությունները կարգավորող հանձնաժողովը ինքը կայացնի նման որոշում: Իհարկե, մենք մեր համապատասխան վերլուծությունը կտրամադրենք հանձնաժողովին»,- եզրափակեց նախարարը:

Հանրային ծառայությունները կարգավորող հանձնաժողովի հունիսի 20-ի որոշմամբ Հայկական ատոմային էլեկտրակայանի երկրորդ էներգաբլոկի ժամկետի երկարաձգման նպատակով ռուսական 270 միլիոն դոլարի վարկի վերադարձը կապահովվի էլեկտրաէներգիայի սակագնի հաշվարկում ներառելու միջոցով: Հանձնաժողովը սահմանել է, որ «Հայկական ատոմային էլեկտրակայան» ՓԲԸ-ի 2-րդ էներգաբլոկի շահագործման ժամկետի երկարաձգում» ծրագրի իրականացմանն ուղղված ներդրումային ծրագրի շրջանակում ներգրավվելիք միջոցների վերադարձը կապահովվի էլեկտրական էներգիայի (հզորության) արտադրության սակագնի հաշվարկում դրանց սպասարկման և մարման ծախսերը ներառելու միջոցով` ըստ ենթավարկային պայմանագրում ամրագրված պայմանների:
