Առաջիկայում արտահերթ խորհրդարանական ընտրություններն են և դժվար չէ ենթադրել որ, բոլոր այն քաղաքական ուժերը, որոնք մասնակցելու են ընտրություններին, մասնակցելու են ձայների մեծամասնությունը ստանալու ակնկալիքով: 

Եվ դժվար չէ ենթադրել նաև, որ անգամ ներկայիս Հայաստանում կուսակցությունների մեծ մասը իրենց քաղաքական թիմի լիդերի դեմքով են մրցակցելու, ինչը բնական գործընթաց է և հերքում է բոլոր այն մեղադրանքները, թե այս կամ այն քաղաքական ուժը մեկ անձի շուրջ ձևավորված կուսակցություն է: Եթե փորձենք կոնկրետ օրինակներով անդրադառնալ այս հանգամանքին, ապա «Ելք» դաշինքն առանց Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի առ ոչինչ է, նույնը «Ծառուկյան» դաշինքի դեպքում է կամ Ժիրայր Սեֆիլյանի գլխավորած «Հիմնադիր խորհրդարանի» և մնացած բոլոր քաղաքական ուժերի դեպքում, որոնք հնարավորություն ունեն տեղ զբաղեցնել ապագա խորհրդարանում:

Իրապես կարծում եմ, որ մենք քաղաքական թիմերի պայքարի ձևավորման ճանապարհին ենք և միգուցե մոտ ապագայում այստեղ լուրջ հաջողություններ ունենանք: Մյուս կողմից լիդերի դերը հենց նրանում է, որ մարդկանց համախմբի իր շուրջ, այլ հարց է, որ մենք կարևորում ենք այն հանգամանքը, որ լիդերի շուրջ համախմբվեն քաղաքական կենսագրության անդամներ: Չեմ կարծում թե որևէ կուսակցություն այլևս դեմ կլինի քաղաքական թիմերի մրցակցությանը, որից միանշանակ կշահի մեր պետությունն ու ՀՀ քաղաքացին: 

Եթե դիտարկենք «Ծառուկյան» դաշինքին, ապա դեռևս 2017թ. ապրիլյան ընտրությունները փաստեցին, որ տվյալ քաղաքական ուժը ևս այդ ճանապարհին է: «Ծառուկյան» դաշինք խմբակցության այսօրվա կազմում արդեն իսկ նկատելի է ոչ միայն վերը նշված տենդենցը, այլ նաև երիտասարդների և կանանց ներգրավածության առումով զգալի տեղաշարժը: Բոլորն էլ թերևս գիտակցում են, որ այժմ այս ամենը շարունակական գործըթնաց դարձնելու ժամանակն է:

Կարծում եմ, որ դրա համար լավագույն նախապայման է հանդիսանում հենց ռեյտինգային ընտրակարգի բացառումը, որը կստեղծի հնարավորություն կուսակցությունների դերի բարձրացման համար: Ի դեպ ռեյտինգային ընտրակարգի բացառման օրենսդրական նախաձեռնությամբ դեռևս փետրվար ամսին հանդես էր եկել «Ծառուկյան» դաշինքի պատգամավոր Նաիրա Զոհրաբյանը, որը նախորդ կառավարության կողմից անգամ քննարկման առարկա չդարձավ, իսկ այժմ ներկյաիս Կառավարության հիմնական գործերից մեկն է:

Հասկանալի է, որ «Ծառուկյան» դաշինքի դերը մեծ է ներկայիս իրականությունում, քանի որ այս ուժը վերջին շրջանում հանդիսանում է հայաստանյան քաղաքական դաշտի ամենաակտիվ ուժերից մեկը:
