Այսօր գրեթե բոլոր լրատվականներն էլ անդրադարձել էին Վյաչեսլավ Հարությունովի հիվանդանոցում հայտնվելու դեպքին, իսկ որոշներն էլ դրան փորձեցին քաղաքական երանգավորում հաղորդել: Տպավորություն էր, որ այդ գործողությունը պլանավորված էր, որպեսզի քաղաքական մրցակցության պարագայում որոշակի այսպես ասած «աչոկներ» հավաքեն ոմանք: Տվյալ մարդիկ իրենց խնդրի վերաբերյալ դիմել են Գագիկ Ծառուկյանին, ով էլ պատրաստակամություն է հայտնել օգնելու և Հարությունովն իր խոսքում նաև նշել է, որ նա ոչ մի տեսակի խնդիր չունի Ծառուկյանի հետ, իր հետ տեղի ունեցածը ոչ մի առնչություն չունի ՀԱՕԿ նախագահի հետ, այնպես որ թող ոչ ոք չփորձի արհեստական լարվածություն գցել նրանց հարաբերություններում: Այն ինչ կատարվում է լրատվական դաշտում դա էժանագին փորձ է շահարկել Գագիկ Ծառուկյանի անունը, ինչը բնականաբար չստացվեց և չստացվեց այն պատճառով, որ ամբողջ պատմությունը հորինվածք էր և մի խումբ «մարդիկ» նպաստավոր պայմաններ էին փորձում ստեղծել, որպեսզի վարկաբեկեն Ծառուկյանի բարի համբավը: Ինչևէ բոլորն էլ տեսան, թե ինչ կատարվեց իրականում և ինչպես րոպեկան հերքվեց այդ ասեկոսեները, սակայն այդ ֆարսի կապակցությամբ անօրինական կերպով ձերբակալվել էր նաև ՀԱՕԿ նախագահի օգնականը: Այս պատմությունն իրական լույսի ներքո ներկայացնելուց հետո, մեկ հարց է առաջ գալիս, ի՞նչ իրավական հիմքով է մինչև հիմա ձերբակալված Էդուար Բաբայանը, երբ ոչ բողոք կա, ոչ էլ ապացույց, միթե սա էր մեր պատկերացրած Հայաստանը, երբ անմեղ մարդկանց են ձերբակալում չկատարված արաքների համար:
