Խուզարկություններ են կատարվել «Վիլլիջ Գրուպ» ՍՊԸ-ի, «Գրինպրոդուկտ» ՍՊԸ-ի և վերջիններիս հետ որոշակի փոխկապակցվածություն ունցեցող «Սպայկա» ՍՊԸ-ի գործունեության հասցեներում
 
Երեկ՝ հուլիսի 3-ին, հարուցված քրեական գործերի շրջանակներում, Պետական եկամուտների կոմիտեի ՊԵԿ հետաքննության, օպերատիվ հետախուզության վարչությունների և ՀՀ ոստիկանության կազմակերպված հանցավորության դեմ պայքարի գլխավոր վարչության աշխատակիցները համատեղ խուզարկություններ են կատարել «Վիլլիջ Գրուպ» ՍՊԸ-ի, «Գրինպրոդուկտ» ՍՊԸ-ի և վերջիններիս հետ որոշակի փոխկապակցվածություն ունցեցող «Սպայկա» ՍՊԸ-ի գործունեության հասցեներում:
 
Ավելի վաղ՝ 2018 թվականի հունիսի 22-ին, ՀՀ պետական եկամուտների կոմիտեի խոշոր և միջին հարկ վճարողների հարկային տեսչություն-վարչության աշխատակիցների կողմից «Վիլլիջ Գրուպ» ՍՊԸ-ի կողմից պակաս հաշվարկված հարկային պարտավորությունների վերաբերյալ նախնական հաշվարկ է կատարվել, համաձայն որի, հիշյալ ընկերությունը 2015 թվականի հունվարի 1-ից մինչև 2018 թվականի ապրիլի 30-ն ընկած ժամանակահատվածում ՌԴ է արտահանել ընդհանուր 16.781.003.467 դրամ արժողությամբ 18.164.891 կգ տարբեր տեսակի պանիր: Ընկերությունը ՀՀ տարածքում չի ունեցել ձեռքբերումներ այլ տնտեսվարողներից, հետևաբար պանրի ձեռքբերումները ֆիզիկական անձանցից կատարված լինելու արդյունքում պետական բյուջե չի հաշվարկվել եկամտայի հարկ՝ 1.669.694.074 ՀՀ դրամի չափով: Դեպքի առթիվ 2018 թվականի հուլիսի 2-ին ՀՀ ՊԵԿ հետաքննության վարչության հետաքննության բաժնում ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 205-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասով հարուցվել է քրեական գործ: Պանրի ձեռքբերման իրական աղբյուրը պարզելու համար կատարվում են քննչական գործողություններ և օպերատիվ-հետախուզական միջոցառումներ:
 
Բացի այդ, ՀՀ ՊԵԿ խոշոր և միջին հարկ վճարողների հարկային տեսչություն-վարչության աշխտակիցների կողմից կատարվել է «Գրինպրոդուկտ» ՍՊ ընկերության հարկային պարտավորությունների նախնական հաշվարկ, որի արդյունքում պարզվել է, որ հիշյալ ընկերությունը 2017 թվականի հաշվարկով ներկայացրել է 2.139.518.476 ՀՀ դրամի չափով իրացման պակաս շրջանառություն, ինչի արդյունքում պակաս է հաշվարկել և պետական բյուջե վճարել 427.903.695 ՀՀ դրամ գումար: Մասնավորապես՝ 2017 թվականի ընթացքում «Գրինպրոդուկտ» ՍՊ ընկերությունը, ունենալով ընդամենը մեկ աշխատակից, ՀՀ-ից ՌԴ է արտահանել մեծ քանակությամբ լոլիկ և մեկ կիլոգրամ լոլիկի արժեքը հայտարարգրել է շուկայականից էականորեն ցածր գնով:
 
Հատկանշական է նաև այն հանգամանքը, որ ըստ առկա փաստաթղթերի՝ հիշյալ ընկերությունն իր կողմից արտահանված լոլիկը ձեռք է բերել ՀՀ տարածքում և չունի լոլիկի ներմուծում: Դեպքի առթիվ 2018 թվականի հուլիսի 2-ին ՀՀ ՊԵԿ հետաքննության վարչության հետաքննության բաժնում ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 205-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասով հարուցվել է քրեական գործ:
 
 
Լոլիկի ձեռքբերման իրական աղբյուրը պարզելու համար կատարվում են քննչական գործողություններ և օպերատիվ-հետախուզական միջոցառումներ:
 
Հարկ է ընդգծել նաև այն հանգամանքը, որ քննարկվող ժամանակահատվածում թե՛ «Վիլլիջ Գրուպ» ՍՊ ընկերությունը, թե՛ «Գրինպրոդուկտ» ՍՊ ընկերությունն ունեցել են մեկական գրանցված աշխատակիցներ, ովքեր իրենց հերթին փոխկապակցվածություն են ունեցել «Սպայկա» ՍՊ ընկերության հետ: Հաշվի առնելով նշված երկու ընկերությունների գործունեության մեծ ծավալները՝ պետք է փաստել, որ անիրատեսական է վերջիններիս կողմից մեկական աշխատակից ունենալու պարագայում վերը նշված ծավալներով գործունեություն ծավալելու հանգամանքը:
