Գայանե Ալավերդյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.

Երեկ մամուլի ամենաքննարկվող թեման Վյաչեսլավ Հարությունովի հիվանդանոցում հայտնվելու դեպքի քննարկումն էր։ Այս թեման քաղաքականացվելու որևէ հիմք չուներ, բայց քանի որ որոշ ուժեր հարմար առիթի էին սպասում՝ այն քաղաքականացվեց և կայծակնային արագությամբ տարածվեց։

 

ԲՀԿ նախագահի անունը կապելով դեպքին, մի շարք լրատվամիջոցներ կատարվածը այլ լույսի ներքո ներկայացրեցին, երբ ոստիկանությունից դեռ պաշտոնական որևէ հաղորդում չկար։ Ոստիկանությունը՝ լինելով իրավական կառույց, պարտավոր էր դեպքի մանրամասն քննության իրականացումից հետո միայն հայտարարություններ անել, բայց առանց տուժածի դատաբժշկական փորձաքննության նրանք ձերբակալելու որոշում կայացրեցին Գագիկ Ծառուկյանի օգնական Էդուարդ Բաբայանի նկատմամբ , ինչը շատերը նույնիսկ ներկայացրեցին որպես կալանավորում։

Ժամեր անց պարզ դարձավ, որ այս որոշման համար բավարար հիմքեր չկան և Էդուարդ Բաբայանին ձերբակալելը չճշտված հանգամանքների արդյունք է միայն։

Բոլոր նրանք, ովքեր հասկացան գործի լրջությունը, ոչ թե ենթադրություններին տրվեցին, այլ ուսումնասիրեցին գործի հետ կապված բոլոր ապացույցները, որոնք այս պարագայում միանգամայն ապացուցում են այն, որ ԲՀԿ նախագահն ու իր օգնականը այս պատմության հետ կապ ունենալ չեն կարող։

Քննարկվող բոլոր քաղաքական վարկածները տանում են դեպի արտահերթ խորհրդարանական ընտրություններ, ինչը վկայում է որ սա քաղաքական որոշ ուժերի վախերի հաղթահարման փորձ է, որը դատապարտված է տապալվելու։

Մինչ այդ նշենք, որ Էդուարդ Բաբայանի ձերբակալությունը այս պահին ոչ իրավաչափ է, և իրավական պետության համար անհարիր է առանց իրավական հիմքերի մարդուն ձերբակալված պահելը: Հենց սա է, որ մատնումէ այս ամենի հիմքում քաղաքական շարժառիթների և հաշվարկների առկայությունը:
