«Դատավոր Մնացական Մարտիրոսյանը կալանավորեց Մասիսի քաղաքապետ Դավիթ Համբարձումյանին։ Ցավոք ոչինչ չի կարող փոխել այդ դատավորին, դե նոր իշխանություններին է երևի ուզում սիրաշահել, մարդ ես, կարողա 7-ի գործը մոռանան, վարչապետը մոռանա, թե ով է իրան դատել»,- գրել է պաշտպանը:

Այդ փաստով ձերբակալված Մասիսի քաղաքապետ Դավիթ Համբարձումյանին, քաղաքապետի տեղակալ Կարեն Օհանյանին, Մասիս քաղաքի բնակիչներ՝ 36-ամյա Սարգիս Սահակյանին, 22-ամյա Գեւորգ Համբարձումյանին, 30-ամյա Գոռ Խաչատրյանին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել:

Հունիսի 2-ին դատարանը որոշել է քաղաքապետ Դավիթ Համբարձումյանի եւ փոխքաղաքապետ Կարեն Օհանյանի նկատմամբ որպես խափանման միջոց կիրառել ստորագրությունը չհեռանալու մասին եւ նրանք ազատ են արձակվել:
