«Ռոսիա Սեգոդնյա» միջազգային տեղեկատվական գործակալության եւ «ՌՏ» հեռուստաընկերության գլխավոր խմբագիր Մարգարիտա Սիմոնյանը օգնել է դադարեցնել սահմանափակ հնարավորություններով երեխայի մոր՝ Եկատերինա Կոննովայի դեմ քրեական հետապնդումը: Սիմոնյանը Տելեգրամի իր ալիքում կիսվել է իր գրառումներով:

Հուլիսի 4-ին Մոսկվայի ոստիկանության աշխատակիցները ՌԴ Քրեական օրենսգրքի 228.1-րդ հոդվածի («Թմրամիջոցների անօրինական արտադրություն, վաճառք կամ թմրանյութերի, հոգեմետ նյութերի եւ նման միջոցների տեղափոխություն») մեղադրանքով ձերբակալել են Եկատերինա Կոննովային՝ երկու երեխաների միայնակ մորը, որոնցից մեկը հաշմանդամ է:

Հասարակական գործիչները, այդ թվում Մարգարիտա Սիմոնյանը հաշմանդամի մոր պաշտպանության օգտին են արտահայտվել: Ընկերները եւ մտերիմները գովել են խմբագրին Կոննովայի գործում ակտիվ մասնակցության համար:

«Մարգարիտա Սիմոնյանը շարունակում է իրականացնել «փոքր գործերի տեսությունը» եւ ավելի շատ է հիշեցնում այն քաղաքական գործչին, ինչպիսին  կցանկանայինք նրան տեսնել», — գրել է ՊՈՍՏՊՐԱՎԴԱ ալիքը:

Սիմոնյանի մտերիմ ընկերուհին՝ Թինա Կանդելակին նույնպես շնորհավորել է   նրան հաջողության համար: «Ջան, դու իսկական տղամարդ ես»:

Ընդ որում Կոննովայի փաստաբան Յուրի Մանուկյանը «ՌԻԱ Նովոստիին»  խոստովանել է, որ հույս չուներ, որ գործը կփակվի:

 «Հույս ունեի, որ քրեական գործը կարող է դադարեցվել նվազ նշանակության պատճառով: Օրենքով հասկանում էի, որ այն պետք է դադարեցվի կազմության բացակայության համար, բայց ես հույս չունեի: 90 տոկոսով վստահ էի, որ պետք է առաջ գնալ, չէի կարծում, որ գործը սաղմանյին վիճակում կավարտվի», — ասել է նա:

Հիշեցնենք, որ Կոննովան իր 6-ամյա տղայի համար, որը տառապում է մանկական ուղեղային կաթվածից, գնել էր Ռուսաստանում չգրանցված միկրոհոգնաներով դիազեպամ:
