: ՀՀ ԱԺ արտաքին հարաբերությունների մշտական հանձնաժողովի նախագահ Արմեն Աշոտյանը հուլիսի 12-ին ընդունել է Գերմանիայի Բունդեսթագի անդամ Նիկոլաս Լյոբելին եւ Հայաստանում Գերմանիայի Դաշնային Հանրապետության փոխդեսպան Քլաուս Վենդելբերգերին:

Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ ԱԺ լրատվության և հանրության հետ կապերի վարչությունից, ՀՀ Ազգային ժողովում ողջունելով հյուրերին ՝ Արմեն Աշոտյանն անդրադարձել է երկու երկրների խորհրդարանների միջեւ փոխգործակցության ակտիվացման հարցերին՝ կարեւորելով միջխորհրդարանական բարեկամության խմբերի եւ վեհաժողովների մակարդակում համատեղ աշխատանքների իրականացումը: Այս համատեքստում Արմեն Աշոտյանը հույս է հայտնել Բունդեսթագում Գերմանիա-Հարավային Կովկաս խորհրդարանական խմբի հետ որակական նոր՝ ավելի կառուցողական համագործակցության իրականացման հետ կապված:

Կողմերն անդրադարձել են նաեւ Հայաստան-ԵՄ Համապարփակ եւ ընդլայնված գործընկերության համաձայնագրին: Հանձնաժողովի նախագահը կարեւորել է Եվրոպական միության անդամ պետությունների ազգային խորհրդարաններում համաձայնագրի հնարավորինս արագ վավերացումը՝ հույս հայտնելով մոտ ապագայում ունենալ նաեւ Գերմանիայի խորհրդարանի վավերացումը: Արմեն Աշոտյանն ընդգծել է նաեւ խորհրդարանական վերահսկողության դերը համաձայնագրի կիրարկման հետ կապված եւ հարցի առնչությամբ կարեւորել գերմանական փորձի ուսումնասիրությունը:

Զրույցի ընթացքում անդրադարձ է կատարվել Հայաստանում տեղի ունեցող վերջին գործընթացներին, քննարկվել ընտրական օրենսդրության բարեփոխումների հետ կապված հարցեր: Արմեն Աշոտյանը նշել է, որ ԸՕ բարեփոխումների գործընթացում քաղաքական բոլոր ուժերը կարեւորում են ընտրական բարեփոխումների կայացումը քաղաքական լայն համաձայնությամբ, հանրային ներգրավվածությամբ եւ բացառապես միջազգային սկզբունքների, մասնավորապես, Վենետիկի հանձնաժողովի ու ԵԱՀԿ/ԺՀՄԻԳ-ի առաջարկությունների հիման վրա:

Հանձնաժողովի նախագահն անդրադարձել է նաեւ գերմանական Rheinmetall ընկերության եւ Ադրբեջանի պաշտպանության նախարարության միջեւ կնքված հուշագրին ու հորդորել գերմանացի գործընկերոջը հետամուտ լինել խնդրի առավել համապարփակ ուսումնասիրությանը:

Արմեն Աշոտյանը նշել է, որ Հայաստանի քաղաքական դաշտում գործող բոլոր ուժերը՝ անկախ քաղաքական հարցերում մոտեցումների տարբերություններից տարածաշրջանային եւ արտաքին քաղաքական ճակատում միասնական են՝ որպես առաջնահերթություն սահմանելով պետական շահը:
