Ընտրակաշառք բաժանելու մեջ մեղադրվող Մալիշկայի գյուղապետ Մհեր Մովսիսյանը չկալանավորվեց: Նրա նկատմամբ առաջին ատյանի դատարանը խափանման միջոց ընտրվեց ստորագրությունը չհեռանալու մասին՝ մերժելով ՀՀ հատուկ քննչական ծառայության քննիչի կողմից միջնորդությունը գյուղապետին կալանավորելու մասին: Այս մասին NEWS.am-ի հետ զրույցում ասաց Մովսիսյանի փաստաբան Լուսինե Մարտիրոսյանը:

Ավելի վաղ հայտնել էինք, որ ՀՀ հատուկ քննչական ծառայության քննիչի վարույթում քննվող քրեական գործի շրջանակներում 14.07.2018թ.-ին Մ. Մովսիսյանին ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 38-154.2-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասով մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել հանրորեն վտանգավոր այն արարքի կատարման համար, որ նա, զբաղեցնելով ՀՀ Վայոց ձորի մարզի Մալիշկա համայնքի ղեկավարի պաշտոնը, օժանդակել է 2017 թվականի ապրիլի 2-ին կայացած Ազգային ժողովի ընտրություններին ռեյտինգային ընտրացուցակներով առաջադրված ԱԺ պատգամավորի թեկնածուին` նրա օգտին կողմ քվեարկելու համար ընտրողներին կաշառք տալու հանցագործության կատարմանը:

Մասնավորապես՝ Մ.Մովսիսյանը, հանդիսանալով ռեյտինգային ընտրացուցակներով առաջադրված ԱԺ պատգամավորի թեկնածուի՝ Մալիշկա համայնքի նախընտրական շտաբի ղեկավարի օգտին 1300 ձայն ապահովելու եւ այդ նպատակով ընտրակաշառքներ բաժանելու համար վերջինից առձեռն ստացել է ընդհանուր 13.000.000 ՀՀ դրամ գումար, որը որպես ընտրակաշառք բաժանել է Մալիշկա համայնքի բնակիչներին՝ 10.000-ական ՀՀ դրամ՝ մեկ ձայնի դիմաց: Մ.Մովսիսյանը, ապահովելով շուրջ 800 ձայն, ըստ նախնական պայմանավորվածության՝ ԱԺ պատգամավորի նույն թեկնածուին վերադարձրել է 500 ձայնի դիմաց հաշվարկված 5.000.000 ՀՀ դրամ գումարը:
