Հայկական սահմաններին հրադադարի ռեժիմի խախտման վիճակագրությունը բավականին ցածր է, սակայն լարված է ռազմաքաղաքական իրավիճակը:

Կուտակումներ կան շփման գոտում, ունենք ադրբեջանական որոշ ստորաբաժանումների կուտակումներ, այդպիսի իրավիճակ ունեինք ապրիլյան պատերազմից առաջ, իսկ Նախիջևանի հետ սահմանին մենք ունենք որոշակի ապակառուցողական գործողություններ Ադրբեջանի կողմից:

Այս մասին ֆեյսբուքյան ուղիղ հեռարձակման միջոցով հայ-ադրբեջանական սահմանին տիրող իրավիճակի վերաբերյալ հարցին ի պատասխան ասաց ՀՀ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը:
«Ռազմաքաղաքական իրավիճակը բավականին լարված է, սակայն ես նկատի չունեմ սահմանին կոնկրետ խախտումները, որովհետև եթե զուտ վիճակագրությամբ նայենք, ապա հրադադարի ռեժիմի խախտումները մեծ չեն:

Զինվորականներն ասում են, որ ունեն սանդղակ, որը չափանիշ է, և այդ սանդղակից վերև խախտումները վտանգավոր են, իսկ սանդղակից ներքև խախտումները վտանգավոր չեն:

Իմ՝ վարչապետ դառնալուց հետո այս սանդղակից շատ քիչ վերև մաքսիմում չորս դեպք է եղել, բայց ռազմաքաղաքական իրավիճակն է լարված: Դուք տեսնում եք, որ Ադրբեջանն ագրեսիվ հայտարարություններ  է անում, և իմ հրամանն է ծայրահեղ զգույշ լինել և պատրաստ լինել Ադրբեջանի կողմից ցանկացած պրովոկացիայի ցանկացած պահի»,-ասաց Փաշինյանը: 

Ինչ վերաբերում է սահմանային գոտիներին, Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն ասաց, որ շփման գոտում կան կուտակումներ, ինչպես եղել է Ապրիլյան պատերազմի օրերին, և Ադրբեջանի մարտավարությունն է, որ դա սովորական դառնա հայկական կողմի համար, որ նկատելու չտան: Ինչ վերաբերում է Նախիջևանի սահմանին, Փաշինյանն ասաց. «Նախիջևանի  սահմանին ունենք կուտակումներ, ապակառուցողական գործողություններ են կատարվում Ադրբեջանի կողմից, և մենք բոլոր իրավիճակներում մեր պետության շահերը պետք է պահենք»: 

Փաշինյանն ասաց, որ վերլուծելով Ադրբեջանի գործողությունները՝  հանգում է այն եզրակացության, որ Ալիևը ներքին խնդիրներ ունի, մտավախություն ունի, որ Ադրբեջանում ևս կոգևորվեն Հայաստանում տեղի ունեցած գործողություններով, և այդ պատճառով է, որ ինքը նշում է, որ Ադրբեջանի ցանկացած ագրեսիվ գործողություն ուղղված է ոչ միայն Հայաստանին, այլ նաև ժողովրդավարությանը: 

«Լավ նորություն էլ ունենք, որ այսօր հայ ժողովուրդը Արցախում, Սփյուռքում և Հայաստանում համախմբված է առավել քան երբևէ, և սա մեր մարտունակության լավագույն գործոնն է»-ասաց Փաշինյանը:
