Երևանի քաղաքապետի ընտրություն տեղի չունեցավ. ավագանու նիստը քվորումի բացակայության պատճառով չկայացավ

Երևանի ավագանու հուլիսի 16-ի արտահերթ նիստը համարվեց չկայացած: Ինչպես հաղորդում է «Արմենպրես»-ը, այս մասին ասաց քաղաքապետի առաջին տեղակալ Կամո Արեյանը:

«Եթե քվորում չկա, ապա նիստը վարողը հայտարարում է 30 րոպ ընդմիջում, որից հետո եթե դարձյալ քվորում չի ապահովվում, ապա նիստը համարվում է չկայացած: Այս պահի դրությամբ Երևանի ավագանու նիստի քվորում չկա: Նիստը համարվում է չկայացած»,- ասաց Կամո Արեյանը՝ շնորհակալություն հայտնելով ներկաներին: Այդպիսով, Երևանի քաղաքապետի արտահերթ ընտրություն տեղի չունեցավ:

Արեյանի ելույթի ժամանակ ավագանու նիստերի դահլիճում ներկա էին միայն «Երկիր Ծիրանի» խմբակցության 3 անդամները:

Հուլիսի 15-ին Երևանի ավագանու ՀՀԿ խմբակցությունը հայտարարեց, որ հուլիսի 16-ին կայանալիք Երևանի քաղաքապետի ընտրություններին չի առաջադրելու թեկնածու և չի մասնակցելու Երևանի ավագանու համապատասխան նիստին։ 

«Հաշվի առնելով երկրում ստեղծված նոր իրողությունը, Երևանի ավագանու «Հանրապետական կուսակցություն» խմբակցությունը հուլիսի 16-ին կայանալիք Երևանի քաղաքապետի ընտրություններին չի առաջադրելու թեկնածու և չի մասնակցելու Երևանի ավագանու համապատասխան նիստին։

Խորապես համոզված ենք, որ, ստեղծված իրավիճակում Երևան քաղաքի հետագա բնականոն և շարունակական զարգացումը ապահովելու նպատակով, նոր քաղաքապետին և ավագանու անդամներին պետք է ընտրեն մայրաքաղաքի բնակիչները»,- ասված էր խմբակցության հայտարարությունում։

Հուլիսի 14-ին ավագանու ԵԼՔ խմբակցությունը ևս հայտարարել էր, որ չի մասնակցելու ավագանու հուլիսի 16-ի նիստին։
