ՀՀ փոխվարչապետը Եվգենի Դիտրիխինի հետ քննարկել է հայ-ռուսական ներդրումային հիմնադրամի ստեղծման հարց

Հուլիսի 13-ին կայացել է Հայաստանի և Ռուսաստանի միջև տնտեսական համագործակցության միջկառավարական հանձնաժողովի համանախագահներ ՀՀ փոխվարչապետ Մհեր Գրիգորյանի և ՌԴ տրանսպորտի նախարար Եվգենի Դիտրիխի հանդիպումը: Այս մասին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ փոխվարչապետի գրասենյակից:

Հանդիպմանը երկուստեք կարևորվել է հայ-ռուսական միջկառավարական հանձնաժողովի գործունեությունն ու դրա շրջանակներում կառուցողական փոխգործակցության շարունակականությունը: Ըստ զրուցակիցների՝ միջկառավարական հանձնաժողովն արդյունավետ հարթակ է հանդիսանում երկկողմ համագործակցությանը վերաբերող հարցերի օպերատիվ կարգավորման, փորձի փոխանակման և երկկողմ կապերի ամրապնդման համար ինչպես միջպետական, այնպես էլ միջտարածաշրջանային մակարդակներում:

Եվգենի Դիտրիխը հիշեցրել է, որ Երևանում փետրվարին կայացած նախորդ նիստի ընթացքում քննարկվել են արդյունաբերության, էներգետիկայի, տրանսպորտի, ռուս-հայկական ներդրումային հիմնադրամի ստեղծման բնագավառներում երկկողմ համագործակցության ընդլայնման հարցերը: Ընդգծվել է հայ-ռուսական առևտրատնտեսական կապերի խորացման, ինչպես նաև փոխադարձ առևտրաշրջանառության հետագա աճի ուղղությամբ աշխատանքը շարունակելու կարևորությունը:

Քննարկվել են հայ-ռուսական ներդրումային հիմնադրամի ստեղծման հարցերը, որի առավել հեռանկարային ուղղությունը, ըստ զրուցակիցների, կարող է դառնալ համագործակցության աջակցությունը տեղեկատվական տեխնոլոգիաների ոլորտում: Ընդգծվել է նաև հայկական արտադրանքի՝ ռուսական շուկա մատակարարման ընդլայնման հարցի մշակման անհրաժեշտությունը: Խոսքն ինչպես հայ արտադրողների և ռուսական առևտրային ցանցերի միջև գործարար կապերի զարգացման, այնպես էլ տեղեկատվության փոխանակման գործում թվային մեթոդների ներգրավման մասին է:

Երկուստեք ողջունվել է երկու երկրների բիզնես շրջանակների միջև փոխգործակցության հանձնաժողովի ստեղծումը: Հանդիպմանն ընդգծվել է տրանսպորտի ոլորտում երկկողմ համագործակցության կայուն զարգացումը, մասնավորապես, նշվել է, որ շարունակվում է աշխատանքը «Վերին Լարսի» անցակետի գործառնության կատարելագործման ուղղությամբ:

Ռուսական կողմն առաջարկել է հայկական կողմին դիտարկել Հայաստանում «Պլատոն» համակարգի նման ավտոճանապարհներից օգտվելու համար վճարներ գանձելու համակարգ կիրառելու նպատակահարմարությունը։
