Ի՞նչ տեսք ունեն տարբեր երկրների բանտային խցերը․ ծայրահեղությունից՝ ծայրահեղություն (լուսանկարներ, տեսանյութ)

Քրեական քաղաքականության հետազոտման ինստիտուտի տվյալների համաձայն՝ աշխարհում 10․3 միլիոն բանտարկված մարդ կա՝ այդ թվում ազատազրկման ձևով պատիժը կրողներն ու մինչդատական վարույթում կալանքի տակ գտնվողները։ 2000 թվականից ի վեր կին բանտարկյալների քանակն աճել է 50, իսկ տղամարդկանցը՝ 18%-ով։

Միաժամանակ հարկ է նկատել, որ տարբեր երկրներում բնակչության հաշվով բանտարկյալների քանակն էլ է խիստ տարբեր։ Օրինակ՝ ԱՄՆ-ում 100,000 հոգուց 698-ը բանտարկյալ են, իսկ Դանիայում այդ թիվը հավասար է ընդամենը 61-ի։ Պայմանները ևս տարբեր է․ մի երկրի այսինչ բանտում գտնվող անձն ապրում է հիանալի պայմաններում, ունի համացանցի հասանելիություն, կահավորված խուց, մինչդեռ մեկ այլ երկրում բանտարկյալներն անգամ սեփական անկողինը կամ հիգիենայի պարագաներ չունեն։

Ահա լուսանկարներով ձեզ ենք ցույց տալիս, թե աշխարհի տարբեր երկրներում ինչ տեսք ունեն բանտերը։ Ի դեպ, բանտերի մի մասում անգամ թույլ են տալիս, որպեսզի բանտարկյալների ընտանիքի անդամները, հատկապես երեխաները, այցելեն նրանց, որպեսզի վերջիններս գլխի չընկնեն, որ իրենց ծնողները բանտում են։ Որոշ տեղերում հսկողությունն էլ է շատ խիստ, մինչդեռ այլ վայրերում բանտարկյալների ազատությունը շատ ավելի քիչ է սահմանափակված։
