Գերմանիայի դեսպանն ու Միգրացիոն ծայության պետը քննարկել են ռեադմիսիոն հայտերի գործընթացը բարելավելու հարցերը

ՀՀ ՏԿԶՆ միգրացիոն ծառայություն ուղղվող ռեադմիսիոն հայտերի հարցում քանակապես առաջատարը 2012 թ-ից ի վեր Գերմանիան է։ Հայաստանում Գերմանիայի Արտակարգ և լիազոր դեսպան Բերնհարդ Մաթիաս Քիսլերն այսօր կայացած հանդիպման ընթացքում արձանագրեց ռեադմիսիոն հայտերին ընթացք տալու գործի առանձնահատկությունները։ Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՏԿԶՆ միգրացիոն ծառայությունից:

«Վերաինտեգրման ուղղությամբ մենք շատ ծրագրեր ենք իրականացնում, բայց ռեադմիսիայի դեպքում որոշակի մեխանիզմներ ու ընթացակարգեր ներդնելու կարիք կա»,-նշեց Ծառայության պետ Արմեն Ղազարյանը։ Նա այս դաշտում համագործակցելու առաջարկ արեց դեսպանին՝ առանձնացնելով հատկապես խորհրդատվական, կարիքների բացահայտման, վերաինտեգրման և անհատական մոտեցման խնդիրները։

«Կարծում եմ՝ տնտեսական վերաինտեգրման, երկարաժամկետ զբաղվածության հարցն է ամենագործնական ու կարևոր քայլը»,-նկատեց դեսպանը՝ խոստանալով քայլեր ձեռնարկել բարձրացված խնդիրների ուղղությամբ։

Արտաքին կապերի բաժնի պետ Հայկանուշ Չոբանյանը ներկայացրեց ընդհանուր գործընթացի տեխնիկական բարդությունները. «Շատ տարբեր կառույցների ստորաբաժանումներ են զբաղվում ռեադմիսիոն հայտերի ուղարկման գործընթացով, և նման տարաբնույթ համագործակցությունը յուրովի բարդացնում է մեր աշխատանքը»։

Կողմերը քննարկեցին «Ռեադմիսիոն դեպքերի կառավարման էլեկտրոնային համակարգ»-ի ներդրման անհրաժեշտությունը, որն իրականություն կդառնա մինչև ընթացիկ տարվա ավարտը՝ «Աջակցություն Հայաստանին միգրացիայի և սահմանների կառավարման ոլորտներում» (ՄԻԲՄԱ) ծրագրի շրջանակում։ Այն կոչված է ժամանակակից և արդյունավետ լուծումներ տալու գործըթացի համակարգման հարցում՝ հնարավորություն ընձեռելով նաև ժամանակ ու այլ ռեսուրսներ խնայել։

Ծառայության պետն ընդգծեց «Գերմանիայի հետ ռեադմիասիայի իրականացման արարողակարգ»-ի ստեղծման գաղափարը՝ կարևոր անհրաժեշտություն որակելով այն։ ԵՄ-Հայաստան ռեադմիասիայի իրականացման արարողակարգ ստեղծելու շուրջ բանակցություններ սկսելու առաջարկ հայակական կողմնը հնչեցրել է ԵՄ-Հայաստան միացյալ ռեադմիսիոն հանձնաժողովի 4-րդ նիստի ընթացքում։

Աբովյան քաղաքում ավելի քան 120 փախստականների ընդունելու հնարավորությամբ նախատեսված կառույցի շինարարության ֆինանսավորման հարցը ևս կողմերի ուշադրությանն արժանացավ։

Մ. Քիսլերը բարձրաձայնված հարցերի ուղղությամբ շարունակական համագործակցություն և  գործնական արդյունքներ կանխորոշեց՝ երկու կառույցների միջև կայուն կապը պահպանելու և տեղեկատվության պարբերական փոխանցման ուղիով։
