ՀՀ ԱԺ նախագահ Արա Բաբլոյանը հուլիսի 18-ին ընդունել է Գերմանիայի Դաշնային Հանրապետության Բունդեսթագի անդամ, Գերմանիա-Հարավային Կովկաս խորհրդարանական բարեկամության խմբի փոխնախագահ, Գերմանա-հայկական ֆորումի նախագահ Ալբերտ Վայլերին:

Ինչպես տեղեկացրին ՀՀ ԱԺ լրատվության և հանրային կապերի վարչությունից,  ՀՀ ԱԺ նախագահը ողջունել է Ալբերտ Վայլերի այցը Հայաստան՝ որպես մեր պետության ու ժողովրդի լավ բարեկամի: Արա Բաբլոյանը բարձր է գնահատել նրա ջանքերն ու հետեւողական աշխատանքը ինչպես երկկողմ հարաբերությունների օրակարգն առավել հարստացնելու, այնպես էլ Հայոց ցեղասպանության միջազգային ճանաչման ու հայանպաստ գործունեություն իրականացնելու հարցում: ՀՀ օրենսդիր մարմնի ղեկավարը համոզմունք է հայտնել, որ հայ-գերմանական փոխգործակցությունն այսուհետ եւս շարունակելու է զարգանալ ու ընդլայնվել:

Անդրադառնալով մեր երկրում տեղի ունեցած իրադարձություններին՝ ՀՀ խորհրդարանի ղեկավարը նշել է, որ ՀՀ Ազգային ժողովն աջակցում է բոլոր այն գործընթացներին, որոնք անհրաժեշտ են պետականաշինության ու հասարակության զարգացման համար:

«Հայաստանը ժողովրդավարության զարգացման առումով տարածաշրջանում մի շարք երկրներից տարբերվում է»,- նշել է Արա Բաբլոյանը եւ մտահոգություն հայտնել ղարաբաղա-ադրբեջանական շփման գծում, ինչպես նաեւ Հայաստանի հետ սահմանի նախիջեւանյան հատվածում ադրբեջանական զինուժի կուտակումների կապակցությամբ: ԱԺ նախագահի խոսքով՝ եթե ադրբեջանական կողմը դիմի ագրեսիվ գործողությունների, ապա դա վերջ կդնի ժողովրդավարությանը թե՛ Հայաստանում, եւ թե՛ առհասարակ տարածաշրջանում` հետագա կայուն զարգացման համար ստեղծելով լրջագույն վտանգներ: Արա Բաբլոյանը վերահաստատել է, որ ԼՂ հակամարտությունը պետք է կարգավորվի բացառապես ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի համանախագահության շրջանակում:

Ալբերտ Վայլերն իր հերթին կարեւորել է հայ-գերմանական կապերի առավել զարգացումն ու խորացումը մի շարք ոլորտներում՝ այս հարցում ընդգծելով տարբեր մակարդակներում փոխայցերի դերը: Պատգամավորը ողջունել է այն փաստը, որ Հայաստանում վերջին զարգացումները խաղաղ ճանապարհով ընթացան, ինչը, նրա խոսքով, դրական գնահատականի է արժանացել միջազգային ասպարեզում: Անդրադառնալով ՀՀ ընտրական օրենսդրության բարեփոխմանը՝ Ալբերտ Վայլերն այս գործընթացում աջակցության եւ փորձի փոխանակման պատրաստակամություն է հայտնել, ինչը ողջունել է ՀՀ Ազգային ժողովի նախագահը: Գերմանացի պատգամավորի խոսքով՝ Ընտրական օրենսգրքի բարեփոխումները պետք է իրականացվեն ոչ հապճեպ եւ կենսունակ լինեն ապագայի համար: Այս համատեքստում Արա Բաբլոյանը փաստել է, որ մեր երկրին անհրաժեշտ են կառուցողական բարեփոխումներ:
