Պետեկամուտների կոմիտեի նախագահ Դավիթ Անանյանը հորդորում է իրենց կառույցի աշխատանքը դատել հարկային վարչարարությամբ պետական բյուջե մուտքեր ապահովելու և ոչ թե իր կողմից վարվող կադրային քաղաքականության տեսանկյունից։ «Կարևորը այն չէ, թե մենք ինչ որոշումներ ենք ընդունում, կարևորն այն է, մենք մեր որոշումների գերին ենք մնում, թե ոչ: Երբ որոշումների մասով վերապահումներ են լինում, մենք հակառակ որոշումներն ենք ընդունում, անցնում առաջ: Իմ անելիքը առավոտից երեկո դարդ անելը չէ, թե ինչ կադրեր նշանակեցի, իմ անելիքը հարկային վարչարարությամբ հարկային եկամուտներ ապահովելն ու հսկողություն իրականացնելն է»,-«Արմենպրես»-ի փոխանցմամբ՝ կառավարության նիստից հետո լրագրողների հետ ճեպազրույցում այս մասին հայտարարեց պաշտոնյան՝ անդրադառնալով Բագրատաշենի մաքսային կետ-բաժնի պետի նշանակմանը:

 

Այդ նշանակումը մամուլի բավականին քննադատությունների է արժանացել, գրում են այն մասին, որ Բագրատաշենի մաքսային կետի պետ նշանակված Արթուր Գասպարյանը Լևոն Հրաչի Սարգսյանի (Ալրաղացի Լյովիկ) քրոջ որդին է: «Ով է նշանակումներին տալիս «աղմկահարույց», «խայտառակ» բնորոշումը: Ես կխնդրեի սոցիալական ցանցերում կեղծ օգտատերերին և հանրությանը չնույնականացնել: Այդ անձնավորությունը Ալրաղացի Լյովիկի քրոջ որդին չի այն պարզ պատճառով, որ նրա քույրը տղա չունի: Ինչ-որ հեռավոր ազգակցական կապ ունեն, այնուամենայնիվ»,-ասաց ՊԵԿ նախագահը։

Համաձայն մամուլի հրապարակումների՝ ՊԵԿ համակարգի աշխատակիցները դժգոհել են, որ նորանշանակ պաշտոնյան մասնագիտական առումով պատրաստված չէ, մտահոգություններ են արտահայտել կոռուպցիոն դրսևորումների հետ նրա առնչության վերաբերյալ: Այդ կապակցությամբ, ըստ Դավիթ Անանյանի, ծառայողական քննություն է նշանակվել՝ հասկանալու, արդյոք աշխատակիցները նման բան ասել են, թե ոչ, և արդյոք պաշտոնյայի հանդեպ կատարված վերապահումները տեղին են, թե ոչ:

ՊԵԿ-ից հերքում են նաև, որ ՊԵԿ նախագահ Դավիթ Անանյանի խորհրդական նշանակված Սամվել Իսախանյանը նախկին վարչապետ Հովիկ Աբրահամյանի սանիկն է:
