ՀՀ վարչապետը՝ թոշակների ու աշխատավարձերի բարձրացման մասին

«Մեր առաջ դրված է Հայաստանում թոշակների և աշխատավարձերի բարձրացման խնդիր, և մենք ամեն ինչ անում ենք այդ խնդիրը լուծելու համար և այո՛, երբ ասում ենք ներառող տնտեսական համակարգ և երբ ասում ենք կոռուպցիայի ու ստվերի դեմ պայքար՝ մեր հիմնական խնդիրը ոչ թե բանտերը լցնելն է, այլ, նախ՝ ապահովել տնտեսական հավասար դաշտ, գանձել պետությանն ու ժողովրդին հասանելիք գումարները և ավելացնել պետական եկամուտները»,- այս մասին երեկ լրագրողների հետ հանդիպման ժամանակ հայտարարեց Հայաստանի վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը:

Հարցին՝ երբ կարող են բարձրանալ թոշակները, Փաշինյանն ասաց, որ այժմ կառավարությունն աշխատում է 2019 թվականի բյուջեի վրա, վարում է քննարկումներ:

Վարչապետը նշեց՝ այս օրերին ամեն օր կոռուպցիոն բնույթի հանցագործություններ են բացահայտվում. «Գումարներ են գեներացվում, հետևաբար, պետք է որոշակի փուլում դրանք ամփոփվեն, որպեսզի պետական պարտքը չավելացնենք, որի չափը հասել է ամենավերին սանդղակին»,- ասաց վարչապետը:

 

Փաշինյանը նկատեց՝ այս փուլի ամենակարևոր ախտորոշումն է, թե ինչ վիճակում է մեր երկիրը. «Ես նույնիսկ իմ ամենասուր ընդդիմադիր ելույթներում ինձ թույլ չէի տալիս համարձակվել մտածել, որ երկրում կոռուպցիսն կարող է լինել մեր բոլորի ամենավառ երևակայությունից անդին: Սա իրողություն է, որը պետք է արձանագրենք: Այսօր Հայաստանում կոռուպցիայի և չարաշահումների դեմ պայքարն այնպիսի ծավալներ է ստացել, որ այդ ծավալներով սկսում է ընդգրկել ավելի ու ավելի մեծ թվով մարդկանց, և բախվել նույնիսկ այն մարդկանց շահերի հետ, ովքեր ծափահարել են հեղափոխությանը»,- հայտարարեց վարչապետը:
