Արսեն Թորոսյանն Ամստերդամում մասնակցում է ՄԻԱՎ-ի հակազդման հարցերով նախարարական երկխոսության

Առողջապահության նախարար Արսեն Թորոսյանն աշխատանքային այցով Ամստերդամում է, որտեղ մասնակցում է Առողջապահության համաշխարհային կազմակերպության (ԱՀԿ) կազմակերպած` Արևելյան Եվրոպայում և Կենտրոնական Ասիայում ՄԻԱՎ-ի և համակցված այլ հիվանդություններին հակազդման վերաբերյալ քաղաքականության նախարարական երկխոսությանը:

Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ առողջապահության նախարարությունից, ԱՀԿ  եվրոպական տարածաշրջանը միակն է, որտեղ ՄԻԱՎ վարակի նոր դեպքերի տարածվածությունն ավելանում է: 2016-ին նոր դեպքերը գերազանցել են 160 հազարը, որի 80 տոկոսը գրանցվել է Արևելյան Եվրոպայում և Կենտրոնական Ասիայում: Չնայած տուբերկուլոզի հիվանդացության և դրանից մահացության կրճատման առումով գրանցված հաջողություններին` այս հիվանդությունը, հատկապես դեղակայուն տեսքով,և վիրուսային հեպատիտները շարունակում են մնալ օրակարգի հարց: Նշված տարածաշրջանում վերջին տասնամյակում 4 անգամ աճել են տուբերկուլոզի և ՄԻԱՎ-ի համակցված դրսևորումները, ինչը նշանակում է, որ տուբերկուլոզով հիվանդների 12 տոկոսի մոտ առկա է ՄԻԱՎ:

15 երկրի նախարարների երկխոսության մակարդակով պետք է ներկայացվեն յուրաքանչյուրի արձանագրած հաջողություններն ու խնդիրները: Մասնակիցները պետք է փոխանակեն այս ուղղությամբ հաջող փորձը` համադրելով վիճակագրական տվյալները, միաժամանակ հստակեցվեն գործողությունների ծրագրով նախատեսված հետագա քայլերն ու դրանց ֆինանսավորման մեխանիզմները:

Հայաստանը ՄԻԱՎ/ՁԻԱՀ-ի հակազդման, ՄԻԱՎ վարակի կանխարգելման, բուժման, ծառայությունների ինտեգրման բնագավառներում լուրջ առաջընթաց ունի:

ԱՀԿ կողմից 2016թ. վավերացվել է Հայաստանում մորից երեխային ՄԻԱՎ-ի փոխանցման վերացումը և երկրին տրվել է համապատասխան հավաստագիր: Այս ընթացքում հետևողականորեն իրականացվել են աշխատանքներ երկրի այդ կարգավիճակը պահպանելու ուղղությամբ: Մասնավորապես, ներդրվել է հղիության ընթացքում ՄԻԱՎ-ի վերաբերյալ կրկնակի հետազոտություն առավել վտանգի ենթարկվող խմբերի մոտ: Վերահսկվում է ՄԻԱՎ-ի փոխանցման տեսանկյունից դոնորական արյան անվտանգությունը, ինչի արդյունքում 2001-ից  հանրապետությունում չի արձանագրվել դոնորական արյան մի­ջոցով ՄԻԱՎ-ի փոխանցման որևէ դեպք:

ՀՀ-ում արձանագրվել է ՁԻԱՀ-ի դեմ համաշխարհային պայքարի պատմության մեջ աննախադեպ ձեռք­բերում` համաճարակի ոչ միայն կասեցում, այլև վերադարձ խտացման փուլից նախնականին: Ներկայումս ռիսկային վարքագիծ ունեցող խմբերից և ոչ մեկում ՄԻԱՎ-ի տարածվածությունը չի գերազանցում 5%-ը, իսկ հղիների շրջանում այն զգալիորեն ցածր է 1%-ից:

ԱՀԿ-ի վերջին առաջարկների հիման վրա 2017 թվականին մշակվել և հաստատվել են կլինիկական ուղեցույցներ ու 7 ընթացակարգ: Երկրում փաստացի ներդրվել է «բուժել բոլորին» ռազմավարությունը, ըստ որի` ՄԻԱՎ վարակ ախտորոշումից հետո պացիենտներին առաջարկվում է հակառետրովիրուսային բուժում:
