ՀՀ փոխվարչապետ Մհեր Գրիգորյանն ընդունել է երկօրյա պաշտոնական այցով Երևանում գտնվող Վերակառուցման և զարգացման եվրոպական բանկի Արևելյան Եվրոպայի և Կովկասի երկրների գծով համակարգող տնօրեն Ֆրենսիս Մալիժի և գլխավոր տնտեսագետ Սերգեյ Գուրիևի գլխավորած պատվիրակությանը: Այս մասին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ փոխվարչապետի գրասենյակից: 

Ողջունելով հյուրերին՝ փոխվարչապետ Մհեր Գրիգորյանը նշել է, որ դժվարանում է Հայաստանի համար թերագնահատել համագործակցությունը ՎԶԵԲ-ի հետ, քանի որ դա ոչ միայն հարաբերություններ է ֆինանսական ոլորտում, այլև ճիշտ բիզնես մշակույթի ձևավորման երաշխիք և մարդկային կապիտալի վրա բացարձակ դրական ազդեցություն ունեցող գործոն: Ըստ փոխվարչապետի՝ տնտեսությունը զարգացնելու և կոռուպցիայի դեմ պայքարելու ճիշտ մշակույթ ձևավորել նշանակում է նաև հարաբերություններ զարգացնել ճիշտ գործընկերների հետ: Մհեր Գրիգորյանը վերահաստատել է ՎԶԵԲ-ի հետ համագործացկությունը խորացնելու և ընդլայնելու կառավարության պատրաստակամությունը: 

Շնորհակալություն հայտնելով ընդունելության համար՝ ՎԶԵԲ գլխավոր տնտեսագետ Սերգեյ Գուրիևը համակարծիք է եղել, որ ՎԶԵԲ-Հայաստան գործընկերությունն ունի մեծ կարևորություն և հույս է հայտնել, որ այն շարունակական կլինի: ՎԶԵԲ ներկայացուցիչները վստահեցրել են, որ, օգտագործելով այլ երկրներում իրենց ունեցած փորձը, պատրաստ են աջակցել Հայաստանում իրականացվող բարեփոխումների գործընթացին՝ մասնավորապես ներդրումային միջավայրը բարելավելու տեսանկյունից: Նրանց համոզմամբ՝ ՎԶԵԲ-ը մեծ ուշադրություն է հատկացնում այն բարեփոխումներին, որոնք միտված են բարելավելու երկրի ընդհանուր տնտեսական համակարգը, այսինքն՝ ապահովելու թափանցիկությունն ու խթանելու բաց շուկայական հարաբերությունները: 

ՎԶԵԲ Արևելյան Եվրոպայի և Կովկասի երկրների գծով համակարգող տնօրեն Ֆրենսիս Մալիժն անդրադարձել է Հայաստանում կոռուպցիայի դեմ իրականացվող պայքարին և այդ առումով տպավորիչ համարել նոր կառավարության ձեռնարկած գործողությունները: 

Զրուցակիցները քննարկել են նաև Հայաստանի տնտեսության զարգացման հնարավորությունները, նոր կառավարության առաջնահերթություններն ու իրականացվելիք բարեփոխումները, անդրադարձել զբոսաշրջության, էներգետիկայի, գյուղատնտեսության ոլորտում Հայաստանի զարգացման ներուժին:
