ՀՀ կառավարությանն առընթեր պետական եկամուտների կոմիտեում հուլիսի 27-ին տեղի է ունեցել հարկային խորհրդի նիստ՝ ՊԵԿ նախագահ Դավիթ Անանյանի գլխավորությամբ: Նիստին մասնակցել են նաև ՀՀ ֆինանսների նախարարի տեղակալ Արման Պողոսյանը, ՊԵԿ նախագահի տեղակալները և խորհրդի կազմում ընդգրկված հասարակական կազմակերպությունների ներկայացուցիչները:
 
Այս մասին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ ԿԱ ՊԵԿ տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից, հանդիպմանը ՊԵԿ նախագահը, կարևորելով խորհրդի աշխատանքներն՝ ուղղված բիզնես միջավայրի բարելավմանն ու հարկային օրենսդրության կատարելագործմանն, առաջարկել է այս ուղղությամբ շարունակել փոփոխությունները: Դավիթ Անանյանն ընդգծել է, որ պետք է էլ ավելի արդյունավետ դարձնել համագործակցությունը պետական և մասնավոր հատվածների միջև:
 
Սեպտեմբերին Կառավարությունում պետք է քննարկվի հարկային օրենսգրքի փոփոխությունների նախագիծը: Աշխատանքները ժամանակացույցով ավարտին հասցնելու նպատակով՝ հանդիպման ընթացքում որոշվել է, որ այս կազմով խորհրդի նիստերը տեղի կունենան ըստ անհրաժեշտության՝ ակտիվ ռեժիմի ձևաչափով:
 
«ՊԵԿ-ը հարկ վճարողների հետ անմիջական շփումների արդյունքում, ըստ էության, գույքագրում է ոլորտի խնդիրները, որոնք տարանջատում ենք երկու մասի՝ հարկային վարչարարության, որոնք ՊԵԿ-ի կարգավորման տիրույթում են և քաղաքականությանն առնչվող, որոնք ՀՀ ֆինանսների նախարարության նախաձեռնությամբ ենթադրում են համապատասխան օրենսդրական փոփոխություններ»,- նշել է ՊԵԿ նախագահը:
 
Հանդիպման մասնակիցները հույս են հայտնել, որ համագործակցության այս ձևաչափով հնարավոր կլինի կառուցողական քայլերով էական փոփոխություններ արձանագրել օրենսդրության և վարչարարության բարելավման գործընթացներում:
 
Նիստի ընթացքում հարկային խորհրդի նախագահի գործառույթները ՊԵԿ նախագահը առաջարկել է փոխանցել «Հարկ վճարողների պաշտպանություն» ՀԿ-ի ղեկավար Փայլակ Թադևոսյանին՝ ինչը մեծ ոգևորությամբ ընդունվել է խորհրդի անդամների կողմից:
