Կոռուպցիայի դեմ պայքարի շրջանակներում ՀՀ կառավարությունը վերջին շրջանում բավականին լուրջ բացահայտումներ է իրականացնում: Ու պետք է արձանագրենք, որ բացահայտված պատմությունները վեր են մարդու երեւակայության սահմաններից: Մասնավորապես, Պետական վերահսկողական ծառայության պետ Դավիթ Սանասարյանը հարց էր բարձրաձայնել տրանսֆորմատորների գողության մասին, որի դեպքից «Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթին աղմկահարույց մանրամասներ են հայտնի դարձել: Գողացված տրանսֆորմատորների բացահայտումը Մասնավորապես, 2018 թվականի հուլիսի 10-ին Դավիթ Սանասարյանը հայտնել էր, որ. «Օրինակ` դատախազություն եմ ուղարկելու բարձրավոլտ էլեկտրական ցանցերի հետ կապված մի գողության դեպք, որը մենք նախաձեռնեցինք, գտանք գողացված տրանսֆորմատոր մեծ արժողությամբ` միլիոնների, որին մասնակցեցին էներգետիկայի նախարարության աշխատակիցները»: Այս հայտարարությունից հետո կարծես թե գողացված տրանսֆորմատորների գողության դեպքը մոռացության մատնվեց: Բայց իրականում տրամսֆորմատորների անհետացման հետեւում բավականին մեծ կոռուպցիոն սխեմա է թաքնված, որի քննությունն էլ վերապահվել է ՀՀ իրավապահներին: Մանրամասներ տրանսֆորմատորների անհետացումից Ու մինչ իրավապահ համակարգը տրանսֆորմատորի գողության փաստով քննություն է իրականացնում, «Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթին վերոնշյալ պատմությունից մանրամասներ են հայտնի դարձել: Այսպիսով, մեզ հասած լուրերի համաձայն` ԲԷՑ-ից «անհետացած» տրամսֆորմատորն իրականում որպես մետաղաջարդոն վաճառվել է մետաղների բիզնեսով զբաղվող «Միմկետալ» ընկերությանը մոտ 200 հազար դրամով: Արդյունքում, «Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթին հասած տեղեկությունների համաձայն` «Միկմետալ» ընկերությունը, որը տրամսֆորմատորը գնել է որպես մետաղաջարդոն, հետագայում այն օգտագործել է արդեն որպես սարք: Ասել է թե` հայտնի ընկերությանը մոտ 400 միլիոն դրամ արժողությամբ տրանսֆորմատորը մոտ 200 հազար դրամով վաճառել է, եւ անունն էլ դրել են, թե տրանսֆորմատորը չի աշխատում, ուստի այն չինչին գումարով որպես «անպետք իր օտարում ենք»: Հասկանալի է, որ «Միկմետալին» պետք է եղել թանկարժեք տրանսֆորմատոր, եւ ընկերությունը որպեսզի շատ մեծ գումարներ չվատնի այդ տրանսֆորմատորը ձեռք բերելու համար, գտել է հեշտ տարբերակը` օգտագործելով իր լծակները: Ծառայության պետը հաստատում է «Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթը փորձեց տեղեկության իսկությունը պարզել հենց Պետական վերահսկողական ծառայության պետ Դավիթ Սանասարյանից հասկանալու համար, թե ինչ փուլում է այս գործը եւ, առհասարակ, միայն այս տրանսֆորմատորի անհետացման դե՞պքն է բացահայտվել, թե՞ այլ դեպքեր եւս կան:
