ԱՄՆ-ում գնահատել են Թրամփի եւ Յունկերի համաձայնության հնարավոր հետեւանքները

Առեւտրի շուրջը համաձայնությունները, որը հուլիսին ավելի վաղ ձեռք են բերել ԱՄՆ-ի նախագահ Դոնալդ Թրամփը եւ Եվրահանձնաժողովի ղեկավար Ժան Կլոդ Յունկերը, բարձրացնում են ԱՄՆ-ի եւ Չինաստանի միջեւ նոր մաքսերի սահմանման հավանականությունը, ասված Է Bank of America-ի վերլուծական տեսությունում:

Թրամփը եւ Յունկերն, ամփոփելով բանակցությունների արդյունքները, հայտարերել են, որ կողմերը կսկսեն աշխատանքը բոլոր մաքսերի եւ լրահատկացումների վերացման ուղղությամբ, ինչպես նաեւ, որ ԵՄ-ն կավելացնեի ԱՄՆ-ից հեղուկացված բնական գազի եւ սոյայի գնումները:

«Ի՞նչ Է դա նշանակում Չինաստանի հետ ԱՄՆ-ի բանակցությունների համար: Հետեւանքները միանշանակ չեն, բայց մենք կարծում ենք, որ Թրամփ-Յունկեր համաձայնությունը մեծացնում Է մաքսերի նոր փուլի հավանականությունը»,- նշում են վերլուծաբանները: Միեւնույն ժամանակ նրանք ենթադրում են, որ ԱՄՆ-ի համար ավելի շահավետ կարող Է լինել համագործակցությունը Չինաստանի, քան Եվրամիության հետ:

«Ինչպես եւ ԵՄ-ն, Չինաստանը պատրաստ Է ավելացնել հեղուկացված բնական գազի եւ սոյայի ներմուծումը, բայց Չինաստանն ավելի մեծ շուկա Է առաջարկում ԱՄՆ-ի համար»,- գրում են Bank of America-ում: Հուլիսի 30-ին ավելի վաղ ՉԺՀ-ի արտաքին գործերի նախարար Վան Ին հայտարարել Է, որ երկիրը կողմնակից Է երկխոսության միջոցով բոլոր վեճերն ու տարաձայնությունները կարգավորելուն՝ համապատասխան միջազգային մեխանիզմների իրավական շրջանակներում, Պեկինը բաց Է Վաշինգտոնի հետ առեւտրական տարաձայնությունների շուրջը երկխոսության համար:

Բանկի վերլուծաբանները երկրների միջեւ ընթացիկ առեւտրական պատերազմները համեմատում են ռազմական գործողությունների թատերաբեմի հետ: «ԱՄՆ-ի համար իմաստ ունի զինադադար կնքի արեւմտյան ճակատում, որպեսզի ուժերը կենտրոնացնի արեւելյանում»,- գրում են նրանք՝ հավելելով, որ լիարժեք հաշտության պայմանագրի մասին խոսելն առայժմ վաղ Է, հաղորդել Է ՌԻԱ Նովոստին:
