ՀՀ երկրորդ նախագահ Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանին կալանքի տակ պահելն անհրաժեշտ է լրիվ ծավալով քննություն իրականացնելու համար:

«Արմենպրես»-ի փոխանցմամբ՝ լրագրողների հետ ճեպազրույցում այս մասին հայտարարեց Հատուկ քննչական ծառայության պետ Սասուն Խաչատրյանը:

«Խափանման միջոցն ընտրվում է՝ ելնելով այն անհրաժեշտությունից, որ ապահովվի կասկածյալի կամ մեղադրյալի պատշաճ վարքագիծը վարույթի ընթացքում: Հասարակության մեջ թյուր կարծիք կա, որ պատշաճ վարքագծի ապահովումը պարզապես փախուստի դիմելու հավանականությունը բացառելն է: Բայց մոռացվում է երկրորդ առավել կարևոր հանգամանքը, որ պատշաճ վարքագծի բաղադրիչը մեղադրյալի կողմից վարույթին մասնակցող անձանց վրա ապօրինի ազդեցությունը բացառելն է: Հենց այս կարևոր նախապայմանից ելնելով՝ ես գտնում եմ, որ Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանին կալանքի տակ պահելն անհրաժեշտ է, որ կարողանանք լրիվ ծավալով քննություն իրականացնել»,-նշեց ՀՔԾ պետը:

Երևանի ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանը հուլիսի 27-ին որոշում է կայացել երկու ամսովկալանավորել ՀՀ երկրորդ նախագահ Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանին: Նա մեղադրվում է 2008 թվականին սահմանադրական կարգը տապալելու մեջ: Նույն արարքի մեջ են մեղադրվում նաև2008-ին պաշտպանության փոխնախարար, այժմ ՀԱՊԿ գլխավոր քարտուղար ՅուրիԽաչատուրովը և պաշտպանության նախկին նախարար Միքայել Հարությունյանը։Հարությունյանը հետախուզման մեջ է, Խաչատուրովն ազատ է արձակվել 5 միլիոն դրամ գրավիդիմաց։
