Քննչական կոմիտեի նախագահն ընդունել է քաղաքացիներին. հարցերից մի քանիսը վերաբերում էին չբացահայտված հանցագործություններին

ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեում այսօր տեղի է ունեցել քաղաքացիների ընդունելություն։ ՀՀ ՔԿ նախագահ Հայկ Գրիգորյանն ընդունել է նախապես ընդունելության համար դիմած 8 քաղաքացու, որոնց դիմում-բողոքները բազմաբնույթ էին։

Ինչպես տեղեկացրին ՀՀ Քննչական կոմիտեից, քաղաքացիների հարցերից մի քանիսը վերաբերում էին չբացահայտված հանցագործություններին՝ ավազակային հարձակում, բնակարանային, շարժական գույքի գողություն, որոնց կապակցությամբ Հայկ Գրիգորյանը հավաստիացրեց, որ յուրաքանչյուր դեպքով ձեռնարկվում են անհրաժեշտ քննչական և դատավարական այլ գործողություններ՝ բազմակողմանի քննությունն ապահովելու, հանցագործությունները բացահայտելու ուղղությամբ։

ՔԿ նախագահը նշեց, որ քննիչներն անհրաժեշտ ցանկությունը, կամքն ու ունակությունն ունեն՝ պատշաճ քննությունն ապահովելու, հանցագործությունից տուժած քաղաքացիների իրավունքները վերականգնելու ուղղությամբ և տեղում կոնկրետ հանձնարարականներ տվեց՝ բարձրացված հարցերն ուսումնասիրելու և այդ ուղղությամբ միջոցներ ձեռնարկելու վերաբերյալ։

Մեկ այլ քաղաքացի վիճարկում էր ծննդկանի մահվան գործով նշանակված դատաբժշկական համալիր փորձաքննության եզրակացության օբյեկտիվությունը։ ՔԿ նախագահը պարզաբանեց օրենսդրորեն նախատեսված կարգավորումները և կրկնակի փորձաքննություն նշանակելու վերաբերյալ միջնորդություն ներկայացնելու ընթացակարգը՝ վստահեցնելով, որ միջնորդությունն ստանալուց հետո վարույթն իրականացնող մարմինն այն պատշաճ քննարկման առարկա կդարձնի ու որոշում կկայացնի։

Ընդունելության եկած քաղաքացիների թվում կային նաև անձինք, որոնց բողոքի հիմքում ընտանիքի անդամների միջև առաջացած գույքային վեճն էր, որը տեղափոխվել է քրեաիրավական հարթություն: Բացի այդ, բարձրացվեցին ՔԿ-ում ծառայության անցնելու հնարավորության վերաբերյալ հարցեր։

Նշված հարցերին ՔԿ նախագահը հանձնարարեց անհապաղ ընթացք տալ և արդյունքների մասին սեղմ ժամկետներում տեղեկացնել դիմումատուներին։

ՀՀ ՔԿ նախագահի մոտ ընդունելությունները տեղի կունենան ամիսը երկու անգամ։ Բայցի այդ, հանձնարարվել է քննչական վարչությունների և բաժինների պետերին տեղերում ամեն շաբաթ կազմակերպել ընդունելություններ։
