Գերիշխող ապրանքային շուկաներում գները հիմնականում կայուն են. ՏՄՊՊՀ-ն ներկայացրել է մոնիթորինգի արդյունքները

 Հայաստանի տնտեսական մրցակցության պետական հանձնաժողովը փաստում է, որ սոցիալական կարևորության հիմնական ապրանքային շուկաներում գնային որևէ փոփոխություն տեղի չի ունեցել: Ինչպես հաղորդում է «Արմենպրես»-ը, ՏՄՊՊՀ-ն հայտարարություն է տարածել, որում հայտնել է, որ հանձնաժողովը դիտարկում է անցկացրել, ինչի արդյունքում պարզվել է, որ գերիշխող ապրանքային շուկաներում գները հիմնականում կայուն են:

«ՀՀ Տնտեսական մրցակցության պաշտպանության պետական հանձնաժողովը մշտապես վերահսկողություն և գնային մոնիթորինգ է իրականացնում գերիշխող ապրանքային շուկաներում՝ գների փոփոխության հիմնավորվածության, ինչպես նաև հնարավոր մրցակցային խնդիրների հայտնաբերման և կանխարգելման նպատակով:  Հանձնաժողովի կողմից այսօր կատարված դիտանցման արդյունքներով, գերիշխող ապրանքային շուկաներում գները հիմնականում կայուն են, իսկ ինչպես և հայտարարվել էր մի քանի օր առաջ, որոշ շուկաներում, պայմանավորված մի շարք օբյեկտիվ գործոններով արձանագրվել է գնի նվազում (շաքարավազ, հնդկաձավար, ոսպ, ձու, կաթնամթերքի որոշ տեսակներ և այլն): ՏՄՊՊՀ մոնիթորինգը փաստում է, որ սոցիալական կարևորության հիմնական ապրանքային շուկաներում գնային որևէ փոփոխություն տեղի չի ունեցել: Մասնավորապես խոսքը վերաբերում է ձեթի, կարագի, կաթնամթերքի, մակարոնեղենի, ձկան, հավի մսի և այլ շուկաներին: Գնային բարձրացում չի արձանագրվել նաև ալյուրի շուկայում: 

Բարձրակարգ ալյուրի 1 կիլոգրամը վաճառվում է 202 դրամով: Վերոնշյալը հիմք է տալիս պնդելու, որ գնաճի վերաբերյալ հայտարարությունները ապատեղեկատվություն են: Հարկ ենք համարում նաև նշել, որ քաղաքացիների դժգոհությունները, ըստ մամուլի հրապարակումների, կապված են հիմնականում սեզոնային մրգերի և բանջարեղենների թանկացման հետ: Ինչպես արդեն նշեցինք, ՀՀ Մրցակցային մարմինը, օրենքի պահանջին համապատասխան վերահսկողություն է իրականացնում բացառապես գերիշխող ապրանքային շուկաներում, ինչն այս պարագայում առկա չէ: Գյուղատնտեսական մթերքների շուկայում գործունեություն են իրականացնում հարյուրավոր փոքր և միջին մասնավոր ընկերություններ, անհատներ, ֆերմերային տնտեսություններ և որևէ տնտեսվարող չի համապատասխանում գերիշխող համարվելու համար օրենքով սահմանված չափորոշիչներին: 

Դրանք մրցակցային շուկաներ են, որտեղ գները կարգավորվում են շուկայական մեխանիզմներին համապատասխան; Այնուամենայնիվ, նկատի ունենալով խնդրի սոցիալական նշանակությունը և գյուղմթերքների գների բարձրացման հետ կապված սպառողների մտահոգությունը, ՀՀ Տնտեսական մրցակցության պաշտպանության պետական հանձնաժողովը դիմել է ոլորտի պետական լիազոր մարմին՝ ՀՀ Գյուղատնտեսության նախարարությանը:  Լիազոր մարմնի պարզաբանմամբ, խնդիրը պայմանավորված է օբյեկտիվ պատճառներով, մասնավորապես գյուղատնտեսության համար անբարենպաստ շոգ եղանակային պայմաններով:

Հանձնաժողովը շարունակում է ամենօրյա դիտանցումները սոցիալական նշանակության խոշոր ապրանքային շուկաներում և չարաշահման փաստեր հայտնաբերելու դեպքում կկիրառի օրենքով նախատեսված համապատասխան միջոցներ»,-նշված է ՏՄՊՊՀ հաղորդագրությունում»,- ասված է հայտարարության մեջ։
