Սմբատ Ավագյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.

Կեղծ դատաբժշկական փորձաքննության վրա կառուցված քրեական գործը ոչ միայն մարդկային ճակատագրեր կարող է խեղել, այլ նաև խաթարել մարդկանց հավատը արդարադատության նկատմամբ: Նոր իրավիճակում նման բանը պետք է որ բացառվեր, բայց կան դեպքեր, որոնք հակառակն են ապացուցում:

Այսպես, դատաբժշկական փորձաքննությունը եզրակացրել է, որ Վյաչեսլավ Հարությունովը ծեծկռտուքի արդյունքում ստացել է ծանր մարմնական վնասվածքներ, կողոսկրի կոտրվածք, հյուսվածքների սալջարդ, ուղեղի ցնցում, այլ կոտրվածքներ, ծակվել է նրա թոքը: Ցանկացած մասնագետ կփաստի, որ այդքանից հետո Հարությունովը պետք է խնդիրներ ունենար սռնվազն ֆիզիկական շարժունակության և բարձր ձայնով խոսելու հետ:

Սակայն Վյաչեսլավ Հարությունովը ենթադրյալ դեպքի հենց հաջորդ օրը դիմել է իր կնոջը, որպեսզի նա խոսի լրագորղների հետ և հերքի իր՝ ծեծի ենթարկվելու մասին տեղեկություները, ապա դեպքի երկրորդ օրը` իր դիմումի համաձայն դուրս գրվելով հիվանդանոցից, Հարությունովը ինքը անմիջապես հանդիպել է լրագրողների հետ, հարցազրույցներ տվել, ապա նույն երեկո ժամերով սպասել է դատարանի դիմաց, կրկին զրուցելով լրագորղների հետ:
Ներկաները նկատել են, որ Վյաչեսլավ Հարությունովը եղել է լիովին առողջ վիճակում, խոսել է բարձր ձայնով, ինչը անհնար է ծակված թոքի պայմաններում, ակտիվորեն շարժել թևերը, ինչը անհնար է կոտրված կողոսկրի պարագայում, իսկ դեմքի վրա չի եղել որևէ ծեծկռտուքի հետք, անգամ քերծվածք կամ բիծ: Այս ամենը ֆիքսված է տարբեր տեսանյութերում, որոնք համացանցում են և հասանելի են բոլորին:

Այսքանից հետո պարզ է, որ դատաբժշկական փորձաքննության եզրակացությունը կեղծ է եղել և դա կարող է փաստել ցանկացած մասնագետ և փորձագետ: Ուստի հրավիրում եմ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի ուշադրությունը այս դեպքի վրա, խնդրում, որպեսզի նա իր հսկողության տակ պահի այս քրեական գործը, քանի որ այն կառուցված է ամբողջությամբ կեղծ փաստարկների և եզրակացության վրա, ինչի արդյունքում այժմ ոչ իրավաչափ ձևով կալանքի տակ է պահվում ՀՀ քաղաքացի:

Այս դեպքը ինքնին խաթարում է քաղաքացիների վստահությունը արդարադատության նկատմամաբ, կասկածի տակ է դնում դատաքննչական մարմինների աշխատանքի անաչառությունը, քանի որ պարզ է, որ դատաբժշիկը չի գործել միայնակ, այլ ենթարկվել է ինչ-որ անձանց հրահանգների:

Այս ամենը նաև հիմնավոր կասծաներ է առաջացնում, որ այս գործը հարուցելու և այն ուղղորդելու տակ թաքնված են որոշակի շարժառիւթներ: Ուստի ևս մեկ անգամ կոչ եմ անում, որպեսզի ՀՀ վարչապետը առանձնահատուկ ուշադրություն հատկացնի այս գործի ընթացքին:
