Երևանի քաղաքապետի առաջին տեղակալ, քաղաքապետի պաշտոնակատար Կամո Արեյանը քաղաքապետարանում խորհրդակցություն է անցկացրել, որի նպատակն էր գործողություններ ձեռնարկել մայրաքաղաքում ապօրինի բացօթյա առևտրի կանխարգելման ուղղությամբ: Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին Երևանի քաղաքապետարանի տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի վարչությունից, խորհրդակցությանը ներկա են եղել Երևանի քաղաքապետի տեղակալ Դավիթ Օհանյանը, ՀՀ ոստիկանության Երևան քաղաքի վարչության պետ Արտակ Պողոսյանը, մայրաքաղաքի վարչական շրջանների ղեկավարներ, քաղաքապետարանի աշխատակազմի վարչության պետեր, համապատասխան բաժինների աշխատակիցներ, ինչպես նաև ոստիկանության Երևան քաղաքի բաժինների պետերի տեղակալները:

Խորհրդակցության ընթացքում Կամո Արեյանը նշել է, որ մայրաքաղաքի տարբեր հատվածներում ապօրինի բացօթյա առևտուրը վերջին շրջանում հասել է մեծ ծավալների, և հարկավոր է կտրուկ գործողությունների դիմել՝ ապօրինությունները կանխարգելելու համար: Քաղաքապետի պաշտոնակատարն ընդգծել է, որ կան առևտրի համար առանձնացված վայրեր, և քաղաքապետարանի ու վարչական շրջանների ղեկավարների աշխատակազմերի համապատասխան բաժինների խնդիրն է բացառել առևտուրը դրա համար չնախատեսված վայրերում: Առավել ևս, որ «Առևտրի և ծառայությունների մասին» օրենքի պահանջներին համաձայն, կտրականապես արգելվում է մրգի, բանջարեղենի և այլ մթերքների բացօթյա վաճառքը:

ՀՀ ոստիկանության Երևան քաղաքի վարչության պետ Արտակ Պողոսյանը նշել է, որ իրենք պատրաստակամ են օգնություն ցուցաբերել քաղաքապետարանի և վարչական շրջանների աշխատակազմերին: Ոստիկանության համապատասխան ստորաբաժանումները քաղաքային իշխանությունների և ոլորտի պատասխանատուների հետ պատրաստ են վճռական պայքար ծավալել բացօթյա ապօրինի առևտրի կանխարգելման ուղղությամբ:

Կամո Արեյանն առաջարկել է ՀՀ արտակարգ իրավիճակների նախարարությանը կտրուկ միջոցներ ձեռնարկել Հանրապետության հրապարակում և այլ վայրերում անհայտ ծագման գազի բալոնների օգտագործումն արգելելու ուղղությամբ, քանի որ դրանց օգտագործումը կարող է հանգեցնել անկանխատեսելի հետևանքների: Դրանց միջոցով տեղում որոշ տեսակի քաղցրավենիքների պատրաստումը և վաճառքն առաջացրել է մարդկանց առողջությանը սպառնացող հակահիգիենիկ իրավիճակ: Այդ առումով քաղաքապետի պաշտոնակատարն առաջարկել է նաև ՀՀ առողջապահության նախարարությանը և սննդամթերքի անվտանգության պետական ծառայությանը կտրուկ քայլեր ձեռնարկել ստեղծված վիճակը վերացնելու ուղղությամբ:

Նշենք, որ այսուհետ Երևանի քաղաքապետարանի և վարչական շրջանների առևտրի պատասխանատուները ոստիկանական խմբերի ուղեկցությամբ օրվա տարբեր ժամերին մայրաքաղաքի տարբեր փողոցներում, մարդաշատ վայրերում, հրապարակներում, այգիներում և պուրակներում ամենօրյա շրջայցներ են իրականացնելու:
