Գլխավոր դատախազությունը մերժել է ՀՀ երկրորդ նախագահ Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանի խափանման միջոցը փոխելու վերաբերյալ Ազգային ժողովի պատգամավորների միջնորդությունը: «Արմենպրես»-ին այս մասին հայտնեցին ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազության հանրային կապերի բաժնից:

«Նախաքննության ներկա փուլում պահպանվում են Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանի նկատմամբ ընտրված խափանման միջոց կալանավորման հիմքերը և անազատության հետ չկապված այլ խափանման միջոցի ընտրությունը դեռևս ի զօրու չէ երաշխավորել մեղադրյալի պատշաճ վարքագծով պայմանավորված քննության անխափան ընթացքը»,-ասաց Արևիկ Խաչատրյանը:
