Նոր մանրամասներ Լոռու մարզում 2000թ․-ին Կախյանների ընտանիքի 7 անդամի, այդ թվում՝ 2 մանկահասակ երեխաների սպանությունից

Լոռու մարզի ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանում Սուրեն Բաղդասարյանի նախագահությամբ ընթանում է Արմեն Կախյանի գործի դատական քննությունը:

Գործի դատաքննությունը սկսվել է երկու տարի առաջ՝ 2016 թվականի օգոստոսից: Այդ ընթացքում փոփոխվել է գործը քննող դատավորը. Ն. Հովակիմյանը նշանակվել է վերաքննիչ քրեական դատարանի դատավոր, գործի քննությունը ստանձնել է Սուրեն Բաղդասարյանը:

Դատական վերջին նիստում դատավորը բավարարել է ամբաստանյալի շահերի պաշտպան, փաստաբան Ռ. Հակոբյանի միջնորդությունը՝ իր պաշտպանյալի նկատմամբ դատահոգեբանական փորձաքննություն նշանակելու մասին:

Արմեն Կախյանին մեղադրանք է առաջադրված դիտավորյալ սպանության համար՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 104 հոդվածի 1-ին մասով: Գործով տուժողը՝ Նվեր Ք.-ն, Արմեն Կախյանի մանկության ընկերն էր, բացի այդ՝ որոշ ժամանակ նրանք միասին բիզնեսով էին զբաղվել:

«Կախյան» ազգանունը ժամանակին հանրապետությունում մեծ հուզական ալիք բարձրացրած ոճրագործության հետ է կապվում՝ 2000 թվականի հունվարի 26-ին Արմեն Կախյանի ընտանիքի 7 անդամները սպանվել էին իրենց տանը՝ նրա հայրը, մայրը, տատը, քույրը, քրոջ մանկահասակ երեխան, հենց իր՝ Արմենի կինն ու մանկահասակ երեխան: Այդ օրը Արմեն Կախյանը գործով տուժող Նվերի հետ գտնվել է Վրաստանում: Այս ծանր ոճրագործությունը դեռևս բացահայտված չէ:

Սպանված Կախյանների գերեզմանը գտնվում է Լոռու մարզի Վահագնի գյուղում, որի վարչական շրջանում Արմեն Կախյանի կողմից կառուցվել է հուշաղբյուր:

Ընտանիքի անդամների սպանությունից հետո 16 տարի Արմեն Կախյանը որևէ հանցավոր արարքի կատարման համար չի մեղադրվել: Ու հանկարծ 2016 թվականի փետրվարին նա կրակոցով սպանել է մանկության ընկերոջը՝ Նվերին:

Մինչ այդ՝ Արմեն Կախյանը նոր ընտանիք էր կազմել, դեպքից առաջ նա գտնվել է Ռուսաստանում: Հայաստան է վերադարձել 2016 թվականի փետրվարի 21-ին, երբ կնոջից տեղեկացել է, որ իրենց երկու որդիներից մեկի մոտ բժիշկները լուրջ հիվանդության առկայություն են կասկածում:

Արմենը Հայաստան է վերադարձել իր մեքենայով: Երեխային հետազոտել են Դիլիջանում, ծանր հիվանդության առկայությունը հերքվել է: Արմեն Կախյանը վերադարձել է Վանաձոր, ապա գնացել է Վահագնի գյուղ՝ հարազատների գերեզմաններին այցի:
