Վյաչեսլավ Հարությունովի միջադեպը արդեն տևական ժամանակ է քննարկումների առիթ է սոցցանցերում և զլմ-ներում: Եվ այդ քննարկումների պատճառն այն է, որ նոր իրողությունում իրավախախտումներով ընթացող նախաքննությունը դեռ շարունակվում է ու դրա վառ ապացույցը Էդուարդ Բաբայանի ապօրինի կալանավորումն է։ 
 
Երեկ համացանցում պտտվում էր մի տեսանյութ, որը մանրամասն ու հանգամանալից ձևով անդրադառնում էր և բացատրում այս գործի հետ կապված բոլոր կասկածելի և մութ կետերը: Տեսանյութից պարզ է դառնում, որ քրեական գործը ամբողջությամբ կառուցված է շինծու և կեղծ փաստերի և եզրակացության վրա, հետևաբար դրանց հիման վրա մարդուն կալանավորելը իրավաչափ չէ, այլ կերպ ասած, ապօրինի է:
 
Իսկ թե ինչու՞ ապօրինի, բացատրեմ, քանզի Է․Բաբայանը մեղադրվում է ծանր մարմնական վնասվածքներ հասցնելու մեջ, այնինչ ենթադրյալ տուժողը նախ և առաջ հերքում է Էդուարդ Բաբայանի մասնակցությունը միջադեպին, ապա ավելացնում, որ կան բազմաթիվ ապացույցներ, որ դատաբաժշկական փորձաքննության տված եզրակացությունը բացարձակ կեղծիք է։
 
Անգամ անհնար է նմանության եզրեր գտնել դատաբժշկի տված եզրակացության և ենթադրյալ դեպքից 2 օր հետո Հարությունովի ակտիվ պահվածքի միջև։ Այսպես, ըստ եզրակացության կոտրվել է Հարությունովի կողոսկրը ,ծակվել է թոքը, ստացել է ուղեղի ցնցում, ստացել է բազմաթիվ սալջարդներ, իսկ այն բոլոր տեսանյութերը, որտեղ դեպքից ընդամենը 2 օր հետո խոսում է Հարությունովը, լրիվ այլ բանի մասին է վկայում և տպավորություն է ստեղծվում, որ դատաբժշկական փորձաքննությունը իրականացվել է բոլորովին այլ մարդու վրա։

Հարկ եմ համարում նշել, որ բոլոր տեսանյութերում կարող եք տեսնել թե ինչպես է ենթադրյալ տուժողը երկար ժամանակ կանգնած սպասում դատարանի առջև, ձեռքերի ակտիվ շարժումներով ու ձայնի բարձր տոնայնությամբ պատասխանում լրագրողների հարցերին, ինչը անհնար է նման վնասվածքներ ստացած մարդու դեպքում։

Դեպքից անցել է մեկ ամսից ավել ժամանակ, բայց Հարությունովը չի դադարում բարձրաձայնել վերոնշյալ թվարկված խնդիրների մասին և բազմաթիվ հարցազրույցներ և ասուլիսներ է տվել լրագրողներին: Օրեր առաջ Հարությունովը հերթական ասուլիսի ժամանակ նոր մանրամասներ ներկայացրեց՝ ըստ որի ՀՔԾ-ում խախտվել են իր իրավունքները, հոգեբանական ճնշում և սպառնալիքներ գործադրվել իր վրա։ Մասնավորապես նշեց, որ ՀՔԾ-ում սպառնացել են, որ եթե իրենց անհրաժեշտ ցուցմունքը չտա, իրենց տրամադրության տակ ունեն այնպիսի տեսանյութեր, որոնց համացանցում հրապարակվելու դեպքում իր նկատմամբ հաշվեհարդար կտեսնեն և ինքը, որպես չեմպիոնի հայր, խայտառակ կլինի։ Իսկ երեկվա տեսանյութը դիտելուց հետո ևս մեկ անագամ համոզվեցի,որ Էդուարդ Բաբայանի կալանավորումը ոչ իրավաչափ է և դատաբժիշկը, ով տվել է նման եզրակացություն պետք է ենթարկվի պատասխանատվության, քանզի տեսանյութում մանրամասն ներկայացվում են բոլոր փաստերը՝ կապված կեղծ դատաբժշկական փորձաքննության և այս գործի բոլոր մութ կետերի հետ ։

Վերջին ասուլիսի ժամանակ ուշագրավ էր նաև այն, որ Հարությունովը խնդրանքով դիմեց Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին և նրա ուշադրությունը հրավիրեց այս գործի վրա, որտեղ որոշ անձիք շրջանցել են օրենքը և պետք է անպայման ենթարկվեն օրենքով սահմանված խիստ պատասխանատվության։
