Երեկ համցանցում մի տեսանյութ էր պտտվում, որը նայելով հասկացա, որ նոր Հայաստանում դեռ հնարավոր են կեղծ դատաբժշկական եզարակացության և մարդուն հոգեբանական ճնշումների ենթարկելով քրեական գործ կարել, որի շրջանակում մեկին ճանաչել տուժող, իսկ մյուսին՝ կալանավորել: Խոսքը արդեն հայտնի դարձած Հարությունով-Բաբայան գործի մասին է, որտեղ կեղծ փաստերի վրա Բաբայանը ճանաչվել է մեղադրյալ և կալանավորվել «ծանր մարմնական վնասվածքներ» հասցնելու մեղադրանքով, իսկ Հարությունովը՝ «ծանր մարմնական վասնածքներ» ստացած տուժողղ:

Դատաբժշկական փոձաքննությունը Հարությունովին վերագրել է ծանր մարմնական վնասվածքներ՝ կոտրված կողոսկր, ծակված թոք, ուղեղի ցնցում, բազմաթիվ սալջարդներ: Թվում է, որ այսքանից հետո մարդը երկար ժամանակ պետք է առնվազն անկողնային ռեժիմում լիներ, այնինչ Հարությունովի ենթադրյալ դեպքից 2 օր անց դուրս էր գրվել հիվանդանոցից, հանդիպել լրագրողների հետ, իսկ երեկոյան ժամերով սպասել դատարանի առաջ: Այս ամենը արվել է լիովին առողջ մարդուն բնորոշ ֆիզիկական ակտիվությամբ, այն դեպքում երբ ծակված թոքն ու կոտրված կողոսկրը դա բացառում են, իսկ ներկաները նկատել են, որ նրա դեմքին չի եղել անգամ որևէ բիծ կամ քերծվածք:
Մի խոսքով Հարությունովը իր վարքով փաստել է, որ դատաբժշկական եզրակացությունը կեղծէ եղել: Լինելով լիովին առողջ վիճակում, նա այս ընթացքում հասցրել է արդեն բազմիցս հարցազրույցներ և ասուլիսներ տալ լրագրողներին, փաստելու համար, որ ոչ մի ծեծկռտուք չի եղել, անգամ վերջին ասուլիսի ժամանակ ներկայացրել է նոր ուշագրավ փաստեր քրեական գործի ընթացքից: Մասնավորապես Հարությունովը նշել է, որ քննչական մարմնում իր վրա հոգեբանական ճնշում են կիրառել՝ անհրաժեշտ ցուցմունքը կորզելու համար, ցույց տվել ինչ-որ տեսանյութեր և սպառնացել դրանք հրապարակել համացանցում, ինչի արդյունքում Հարությունովը իբր հաշվեհարդարի կենթակվեր: Այս մասին նա ասել է նաև Վերաքննիչ դատարանի նիստի ժամանակ, որին ներկա են եղել գործով քննիչն ու դատախազը, բայց ոչ ոք պատասխանատվության չի ենթարկվել:

Ավելին, Հարությունովը նշեց նաև, որ ճանաչվելով գործով տուժող, նրան վերաբերվում են որպես կասկածյալի. խուզարկություններ են արվել իր բնակարանում, մշտապես հետևում են նրան և իր ընտանիքի անդամներին:

Մի խոսքով իսկական թնջուկ, ոչ թե քրեական գործ, որտեղ կան բազմաթիվ կնճռոտ հարցեր: Խնդիրը այն է, որ այդ մասին Հարությունովը մշտապես բարձրաձայնում է տարբեր ասուլիսներում, հարցազրույցներում, բայց ապարդյուն. ոչ ոք պատասպանատվության չի ենթարկվում, իսկ Բաբայանը դեռ գտնվում է անհիմն կալանքի տակ: 

Տեսնելով իրավապահների անտարբերությունը այս ամենի հանդեպ, վերջին ասուլիսի ժամանակ Վյաչեսլավ Հարությունովը ստիպված դիմեց ՀՀ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին, որպեսզի նա այս գործը իր ուշադրության կենտրոնում պահի: Նոր իրողությունում ուղղակի անթույլատրելի է կեղծ եզրակացության հիման վրա, բացահայտ շանտաժով և սպառնալիքներով քրեական գործ սարքելը և մարդուն կալանքի տակ պահելը: Նման գործելաոճ որդեգրած անձինք անպայման պետք է ենթարկվեն խիստ պատասխանատվության:
