Վաղուց քաղաքական դիակ համարվող Հմայակ Հովհաննիսյանը իր խամրած անունի վրա ուշադրություն հրավիրելու փորձով անընդհատ զառանցանքներ է հնչեցնում։ Նրա նման վարքագիծը նորմալ է, քանի որ վերջինս փայլուն տիրապետում է, շահ հետապնդելու, երկու կոպեկի արժանանալու համար ջանասիրաբար «դուրս տալու» դժվար արվեստին։ «ՈՒտող ուրացողի» կոչմանն արժանի Հմայակը վերակենդանանալու իր չստացված փորձը կատարում է, շահարկելով Գագիկ Ծառուկյանի անունը, ումից մի ժամանակ պատգամավորական մանդատ ստանալու աղերս էր արել ։ Անձնական մի շարք հարցերով Գագիկ Ծառուկյանին դիմած և օգնություն ստացած Հմայակն այսօր, միգուցե, գտել է դուրս տալով փող աշխատելու հեշտ ձև և ընդունել հերթական պատվերը (նա քաղաքական էժանագին պատվերներ կատարելու մեծագույն վարպետն է ), բայց այն որ նա ունակ է մարդկային արժեքները ոտնահարել հանուն գումարի, սա արդեն վկայում է նրա ճղճիմ լինելու մասին։

Հմայակ Հովհաննիսյանի նման ծախված անձը, ով իրեն լուրջ դեմք է համարում, իրականում քաղաքագիտական ոչ մի վերլուծություն անելու ունակ չէ, նա ասում է այն ինչ իրեն են հրամայում, հետևաբար նա շարքային ծառա է, ով իր մասնագիտությունն անգամ ուրանում է, էլ չեմ խոսում արժեհամակարգի մասին։

Այժմ էլ այս անձը որդեգրել է նոր գործելաոճ, Գագիկ Ծառուկյանի ուշադրությանը գոնե մի քանի րոպեով արժանանալու համար ամեն պատեհ-անպատեհ առիթով շահարկել նրա անունը և հերյուրանքներ դուրս տալ նրա ահսցեին, այն մարդու, որի օգնությանը բազմիցս դիմել է հենց ինքը և միշտ ստացել ակնկալվող օգնությունը: Սա արդեն խոսում է Հմայակ Հովհաննիսյանի մարդկային ցածր որակների մասին, որոնց առկայությունը մշտապես իր արարքներով ապացուցում է հենց ինքը՝ դրանց կրող Հմայակը: 

Այնինչ պետք է ընդամենը ունենալ ինքնասիրություն և «անաղուհացի» պիտակը մաքրել ոչ թե ստահոդ լուրեր տարածելով, այլ իրոք քաղաքական վերլուծություններ անելով, քանի որ կան բազմաթիվ մարդիկ , ովքեր ճանաչում են Հմայակին, նրա տեսակը, ու նման ստոր արարքները ավելի են ցածրացնում առանց այն էլ հողին հավասար նրա անունը ։
