Կառավարությունում  տեղի է ունեցել ԱՄՆ Միջազգային զարգացման գործակալության կողմից Հայաստանում իրականացվող ծրագրերի վերաբերյալ հանդիպում-քննարկում: Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ փոխվարչապետ Մհեր Գրիգորյանի գրասենյակից, հանդիպմանը մասնակցել են առաջին փոխվարչապետ Արարատ Միրզոյանը, փոխվարչապետ Մհեր Գրիգորյանը, ԱՄՆ արտակարգ և լիազոր դեսպան Ռիչարդ Միլսը, ԱՄՆ ՄԶԳ հայաստանյան առաքելության տնօրեն Դեբորա Գրիզերը, ՀՀ բոլոր նախարարությունների, ինչպես նաև այլ շահագրգիռ գերատեսչությունների ներկայացուցիչները:

Ողջույնի խոսքում փոխվարչապետ Մհեր Գրիգորյանը կարևորել է Հայաստանի կառավարության համագործակցությունը ԱՄՆ Միջազգային զարգացման գործակալության հետ, որը բացի ֆինանսական աջակցությունից իր փորձի և կարողությունների վրա հիմնվելով ճիշտ խորհուրդներ է տալիս առանցքային ոլորտներում զարգացումն ապահովելու ուղղությամբ: Փոխվարչապետ Մհեր Գրիգորյանը բարձր է գնահատել ԱՄՆ ՄԶԳ ծրագրերի իրականացումը երկրի զարգացման համար կարևորագույն ոլորտներում՝ ընդգծելով, որ համատեղ իրականացվող ծրագրերի նպատակները համահունչ են Հայաստանի զարգացման տեսլականի հետ: Փոխվարչապետը կարևորել է նմանատիպ հանդիպումների կազմակերպումը, որն առիթ է ստեղծում քննարկել համատեղ ապագա անելիքները, մտքեր փոխանակել համատեղ նոր ծրագրերի իրականացման վերաբերյալ:

Դեսպան Ռիչարդ Միլսը շնորհակալություն է հայտնել կառավարությունում նման ձևաչափով հանդիպում կազմակերպելու համար, խոսել Հայաստանում ԱՄՆ ՄԶԳ 25 տարվա գործունեության և կառավարության հետ համագործակցության մասին: Ռիչարդ Միլսը նշել է. «Հայաստանը կարող է հպարտանալ, որ ԱՄՆ ՄԶԳ-ի գործունեությունն այստեղ մարդասիրական օգնությունից վերաուղղորդվել է դեպի առևտրի խթանում և պատշաճ կառավարում: Սա օգնում է տնտեսական աճին և օտարերկրյա ներդրումների ներգրավմանը՝ երկարաժամկետ հեռանկարում հանգեցնելով կենսապայմանների և կենսամակարդակի բարելավման: Մեր գործընկերների հետ մեկտեղ մենք կերտում ենք մի այնպիսի ապագա, որը երկուստեք շահավետ է մեր ժողովուրդների համար»:

Միջոցառման ընթացքում ԱՄՆ ՄԶԳ հայաստանյան առաքելության տնօրեն Դեբորա Գրիզերը ներկայացրել է կազմակերպության ընդհանուր գործունեությունը, նպատակները և հիմնական սկզբունքները, ինչպես նաև խոսել կազմակերպության կողմից Հայաստանում իրականացված ծրագրերի ու դրանց արդյունքում տեղի ունեցած բարեփոխումների մասին: Այնուհետև հանդիպման մասնակիցները մտքեր են փոխանակել տարբեր ոլորտներում առկա խնդիրների ու դրանց լուծման ուղղությամբ ԱՄՆ ՄԶԳ հետ համատեղ ծրագրեր իրականացնելու հնարավորությունների շուրջ:
