ՌԴ-ի դեմ պատժամիջոցների խստացման օրինագիծը հրապարակվել Է ԱՄՆ-ի Կոնգրեսի կայքում

Ռուսաստանի դեմ ԱՄՆ-ի պատժամիջոցների խստացման օրինագծի տեքստը, որն ավելի վաղ ներկայացրել Էին մի խումբ սենատորներ, հրապարակվել Է ԱՄՆ-ի Կոնգրեսի կայքում, տեղեկացնում Է «Արմենպրես»-ը:

ՌԴ-ի դեմ պատժամիջոցների ընդլայնման անհրաժեշտության վերաբերյալ սենատորների հայտարարությունը տարածվել Է օգոստոսի 2-ին, սակայն օրինագծի ամբողջական տեքստն այն ժամանակ չԷր հրապարակվել: 

Ամերիկացի սենատորների խումբն առաջարկում Է պատժամիջոցներ սահմանել Ռուսաստանի պետական բանկերի եւ ՌԴ-ի պետպարտքի նոր թողարկումների դեմ: Այս մասին ասված Է S.3336 օրինագծում, որը կոչվում Է «ՆԱՏՕ-ի զորեղացման, միջազգային կիբեռհանցավորության դեմ պայքարի եւ Ռուսաստանի Դաշնությանը լրացուցիչ պատժամիջոցների ենթարկելու մասին»:

Օրինագիծն առաջարկել են սենատորներ Լինդսի Գրեմը, Բոբ Մենենդեսը, Քորի Գարդները, Բեն Քարդինը, Ջոն Մակքեյնը եւ Ջին Շահինը:

Փաստաթղթում առաջարկվում Է նոր սահմանափակումներ մտցնել ՌԴ-ի ֆինանսական հատվածի նկատմամբ: Մասնավորապես, ԱՄՆ-ի ռեզիդենտներին կարգելվի մասնակցել ՌԴ-ի նոր պետպարտքի հետ կապված գործառնություններին, որը կթողարկվի օրենքն ուժի մեջ մտնելուց հետո 180 օր անց: Արգելքը կտարածվի բոլոր պետական պարտատոմսերի, ինչպես նաեւ 14 օրվանից ավելի շրջանառության ժամկետով ածանցյալ ֆինանսական միջոցների վրա:

Բացի դրանից, սենատորներն առաջարկում են ԱՄՆ-ում սահմանել «մեկ կամ մի քանի ֆինանսական ինստիտուտների» գործառնությունների արգելք եւ սեփականության սառեցում: Այդ ինստիտուտների ցանկում թվարկված են ՎԷԲ-ը, Սբերբանկը, «ՎՏԲ-ն, Գազպրոմբանկը, Ռոսսելխոզբանկը եւ Պրոմսվյազբանկը, ինչպես նաեւ Մոսկվայի բանկը, որը միացվել Է ՎՏԲ-ին, հաղորդել Է «Ինտերֆաքս»-ը:
