Վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն ընդունել է գործարար, «Հայաստանի մանուկներ» հիմնադրամի հիմնադիր և խորհրդի ատենապետ Գարո Արմենին և մշակութային գործիչ Թոնի Շաֆրազիին, ով իր գործունեության ընթացքում համագործակցել է աշխարհահռչակ մի շարք արվեստագետների, այդ թվում՝ Էնդի Ուորհոլի, Ժան Միշել Բասկիայի հետ:   

Վարչապետի աշխատակազմի տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի վարչությունից հայտնում են, որ հանդիպման ընթացքում վարչապետին են ներկայացվել «Հայաստանի մանուկներ» հիմնադրամի գործունեությունը և առաջիկա ծրագրերը, այդ թվում՝ կրթության և մշակույթի ոլորտներում: 

Գարո Արմենը նշել է, որ նախատեսում են Լոռու մարզի Դեբեդ համայնքում գործող SMART նորարարական կրթական կենտրոնի ձևաչափով կենտրոններ ստեղծել նաև հանրապետության այլ համայնքներում, դրանցում ներգրավել դպրոցականներին և երիտասարդներին, ինչպես նաև բարձրակարգ մասնագետների:

Կենտրոնում կուսուցանվեն նորագույն տեխնոլոգիաներ, օտար լեզուներ, արհեստներ, արվեստի տարբեր ճյուղեր և այլն: 

Գարո Արմենն անդրադարձել է նաև առողջապահության և այլ ոլորտներում նախատեսվող բիզնես ծրագրերին և նշել, որ սփյուռքի տարբեր գործարար շրջանակներ ևս դիտարկում են հայրենիքում ներդրումային նախագծերի իրականացման հնարավորությունները:

Կառավարության ղեկավարը ողջունել է «Հայաստանի մանուկներ» հիմնադրամի գործունեությունը և կարևորել սփյուռքի ներկայացուցիչների կողմից տարբեր ուղղություններով բիզնես ծրագրեր կյանքի կոչելու նախաձեռնությունները և ընդգծել, որ կառավարությունն իր քայլերով ստեղծում է անհրաժեշտ պայմաններ՝ բիզնես ծավալելու և շահույթ ստանալու համար:

Միաժամանակ, Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը Գարո Արմենին առաջարկել է ներդրումային ծրագրերն իրականացնելու ուղղությամբ ակտիվորեն աշխատել ՀՀ կառավարության համապատասխան գերատեսչությունների  հետ՝ դրանք արդյունավետ կերպով առաջ մղելու նպատակով:
