Պետական եկամուտների կոմիտեի նախագահ Դավիթ Անանյանը ներկայացրեց Հարկային օրենսգրքում սպասվող փոփոխությունների հիմնական ուղղությունները: Կառավարության նիստից հետո լրագրողների հետ զրույցում Դավիթ Անանյանը նշեց փոփոխությունների երեք հիմնական ուղղություն: «Առաջին ուղղությունն այլընտրանքային հարկային համակարգերի կրճատումն է: Երկրորդը՝ շրջանառության հարկի շեմի վերաբերյալ որոշման կայացում, երրորդը՝ եկամտի և կապիտալի հարկման բեռի նվազեցում սպառման հարկման բեռի ավելացման միջոցով: Սրանք ընդհանուր ուղղություններն են, սակայն սրանք ունեն նաև ենթաուղղություններ, որոնց վերաբերյալ դուք սեպտեմբերին կունենաք կառավարության կողմից ձևավորված վերջնական տեսլական»,- «Արմենպրես»-ի փոխանցմամբ՝ ասաց Անանյանը:

Հարցին՝ եթե ընդհանրացնենք, կարելի է՞ ասել, որ կառավարությունը հարկային բեռի նկատելի թեթևացում է նախատեսում, Դավիթ Անանյանը պատասխանեց. «Մենք կարող ենք ասել, որ կառավարությունը բիզնեսին աջակցող փոփոխություններով գնալու է Ազգային ժողով: Ավելի ճիշտ կլինի ասել, որ կունենանք հարկային բեռի փոփոխություն, որովհետև լինելու է կապիտալի և եկամուտների հարկման նվազեցում, սպառման հարկման բեռի ավելացման ճանապարհով»,- պարզաբանեց ՊԵԿ նախագահը:
