Վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն այսօր ընդունել է Ռուանդայի արտաքին գործերի նախարար Լուիզ Մուշիկիվաբոյին, ում՝ որպես Աֆրիկյան միության ներկայացուցիչ, ուղեկցում էր Գաբոնի արտաքին գործերի, ֆրանկոֆոնիայի և տարածաշրջանային ինտեգրացիայի նախարար Ռեջի Իմոնգոլը:

Ինչպես տեղեկացրին ՀՀ վարչապետի աշխատակազմի տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի վարչությունից,  վարչապետ Փաշինյանը կարևորել է աֆրիկյան երկու երկրների ԱԳ նախարարների այցը մեր երկիր՝ նշելով, որ նման բարձրաստիճան պատվիրակության այցը լավ առիթ է ինչպես ս.թ. հոկտեմբերին Երևանում կայանալիք Ֆրանկոֆոնիայի միջազգային կազմակերպության (ՖՄԿ) գագաթաժողովին վերաբերող հարցեր քննարկելու, այնպես էլ Հայաստանի ու աֆրիկյան երկրների հարաբերություններում նոր էջ բացելու և համագործակցության զարգացման շուրջ մտքեր փոխանակելու համար:

Ռուանդայի ԱԳ նախարարը շնորհակալություն է հայտնել վարչապետ Փաշինյանին ընդունելության համար և նշել, որ տպավորված է Հայաստանով և աֆրիկյան պատվիրակության հանդեպ ցուցաբերվող ջերմ հյուրընկալությամբ:  Լուիզ Մուշիկիվաբոյի խոսքով՝ ժամանակն է, որպեսզի Հայաստանն ու աֆրիկյան պետությունները որակապես նոր թափ հաղորդեն երկկողմ հարաբերություններին և գործնական քայլեր ձեռնարկեն: Նա նաև նշել է, որ ուշադրությամբ հետևում են ՀՀ վարչապետի աշխատանքային գործունեությանը և տպավորված են դրանով:

Զրուցակիցները քննարկել են ՖՄԿ գագաթաժողովի նախապատրաստական աշխատանքներին վերաբերող մի շարք հարցեր: ՀՀ վարչապետն ընդգծել է, որ Հայաստանում գագաթաժողովի անցկացումը մեծ պատիվ է, և կիրականացվեն անհրաժեշտ բոլոր աշխատանքները՝ այն հավուր պատշաճի և բարձր մակարդակով կազմակերպելու համար։

«Ֆրանկոֆոնիայի միջազգային կազմակերպության գագաթաժողովը լավ հարթակ է՝ ֆրանկոֆոն երկրների միջև համագործակցությունը խորացնելու վերաբերյալ քննարկումներ ծավալելու և մարդկային բարեկամությունը, հումանիտար կապերը սերտացնելու առումով», - նշել է կառավարության ղեկավարը: Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի խոսքով՝ Հայաստանը կներդնի բոլոր ջանքերը, որպեսզի գագաթաժողովի արդյունքներով կազմակերպության շրջանակում միասնականությունն ու համագործակցությունն ավելի ամրապնդվեն: Վարչապետը նաև նշել է, որ գագաթաժողովի ընթացքում նախատեսվում է կազմակերպել բիզնես ֆորում, որը կնպաստի ֆրանկոֆոն երկրների միջև գործարար կապերի խորացմանը: Իր հերթին տիկին Մուշիկիվաբոն ասել է, որ Երևանում կայանալիք ՖՄԿ գագաթաժողովին Աֆրիկյան մայրցամաքը ներկայացված կլինի ամենաբարձր մակարդակով և իր ակտիվ նպաստը կբերի աշխատանքների արդյունավետ անցկացմանը:

Ռուանդայի ԱԳ նախարարը կիսվել է նաև Հայոց ցեղասպանության թանգարան-ինստիտուտ կատարած այցելությունից ստացած տպավորություններով՝ առանձնահատուկ ընդգծելով թանգարանի կրթական գործառույթի կարևորությունը: Այս համատեքստում վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն անդրադարձել է միջազգային հարթակներում համագործակցության հարցին և կարևորել այն հանգամանքը, որ Հայաստանի և Ռուանդայի կառավարությունները համատեղեն ջանքերը ցեղասպանությունների կանխարգելման և դատապարտման ուղղությամբ:
