ՊՆ վարչական համալիրում շարունակվող հավաք-պարապմունքի ընթացքում դասախոսությունով հանդես են եկել ՀՀ տնտեսական զարգացման և ներդրումների նախարար Արծվիկ Մինասյանը, ՀՀ էներգետիկ ենթակառուցվածքների և բնական պաշարների նախարար Արթուր Գրիգորյանը, ՀՀ տրանսպորտի, կապի և տեղեկատվական տեխնոլոգիաների նախարար Աշոտ Հակոբյանը և ՀՀ արտակարգ իրավիճակների նախարարի տեղակալ Արկադի Բալյանը:

Ինչպես տեղեկացրին ՀՀ ՊՆ Տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի վարչությունից,  Արծվիկ Մինասյանը ներկայացրել է տնտեսության զորահավաքային նախապատրաստության և զորահավաքի իրականացման սկզբունքները, զորահավաքային միջոցառումների ֆինանսավորման հիմնական խնդիրները, ինչպես նաև համապատասխան ծրագրերի և պլանների մշակման ու իրականացման առաձնահատկությունները:

ՀՀ էներգետիկ ենթակառուցվածքների և բնական պաշարների նախարարն, իր հերթին, խոսել է պետության էներգետիկ ոլորտի զորահավաքային նախապատրաստության և զորահավաքի իրականացման կարևորագույն խնդիրների և նպատակների մասին: Նախարար Արթուր Գրիգորյանը մատնանշել է այն հիմնական քայլերը, որոնք անհրաժեշտ է իրականացնել՝ էներգահամակարգի անփախան գործունեությունը և խաղաղ պայմաններից պատերազմականի փոխադրումն ապահովելու համար:

  ՀՀ տրանսպորտի, կապի և տեղեկատվական տեխնոլոգիաների նախարար Աշոտ Հակոբյանի դասախոսությունը նվիրված է եղել իր ղեկավարած ոլորտի զորահավաքային նախապատրաստությանն ու զորահավաքի իրականացմանը։ Կարևորելով անխափան կապի, ինչպես նաև զորքերի տրանսպորտային անարգել և օպերատիվ տեղաշարժի դերն ու նշանակությունը պատերազմական դրության ժամանակ՝ նախարար Հակոբյանը ներկայացրել է այդ նպատակով արդեն իսկ  իրականացված քայլերն ու առաջիկա ծրագրերը:

Հավաք-պարապմունքի առաջին օրվա դասախասությունների շարքը եզրափակել է ՀՀ արտակարգ իրավիճակների նախարարի տեղակալ Արկադի Բալյանը՝ անդրադառնալով քաղաքացիական պաշտպանության հիմնադրույթներին և դրանք կարգավորող ղեկավար փաստաթղթերին: Նախարարի տեղակալը հանգամանակից ներկայացրել է նաև ռազմական դրության ընթացքում քաղաքացիական պաշտպանության կառավարման մարմինների և ուժերի գործառույթներն ու խնդիրները:
