Ոստիկանության պետը լսել է քաղաքացիների բողոքները

Օգոստոսի 29-ին ՀՀ ոստիկանության պետ Վալերիյ Օսիպյանը հերթական հանդիպումն ունեցավ քաղացիների հետ։

Ինչպես տեղեկացրին ՀՀ ոստիկանության հասարակայնության հետ կապերի և լրատվության վարչությունից, ընդունելության եկած քաղաքացիներն իրենց խնդիրները ոստիկանության պետին ներկայացրին թե՛ բանավոր, և թե՛ գրավոր։ Նրանց հուզող հարցերը և՛ ոստիկանության իրավասության շրջանակում էին, և՛ դրանից դուրս։ Ոստիկանության իրավասությանը վերաբերվող խնդիրները Վալերիյ Օսիպյանը տեղում քննարկեց՝ գտնելով և առաջարկելով լուծումներ։

Հատուկ դեպքերով ոստիկանության պետը տեղում հանձնարարեց ուսումնասիրել բողոքները և պատշաճ լուծում տալ հարցերին՝ արդյունքների մասին քաղաքացիներին պարտադիր տեղեկացնելով։ Ինչ վերաբերում է քաղաքացիների ոստիկանության իրավասությանը չվերաբերող խնդիրներին, դրանք բազմաբնույթ էին և առնչվում էին տարբեր գերատեսչությունների գործառույթներին։

Ոստիկանության պետը յուրաքանչյուր դեպքով քաղաքացիներին պարզաբանեց իրենց անելիքները՝ պատրաստակամություն հայտնելով աջակցել ոչ միայն առարկայական քննարկելով կամ ուղղորդելով, այլև գործնական քայլերով։

Տեղում ուսումնասիրվեցին նաև ոստիկանության պետին հասցեագրված դիմումները, որոնց վերաբերյալ ևս Վալերիյ Օսիպյանը կոնկրետ հանձնարարականներ տվեց։ Քաղաքացիները ոստիկանության պետին շնորհակալություն հայտնեցին ջերմ վերաբերմունքի, իրենց խնդիրները լսելու և աջակցելու համար։
