Գյուղատնտեսության նախարարն ընդունել է ՄԱԿ-ի մշտական համակարգող Շոմբի Շարփին. կմեկնարկի նոր ծրագիր կաթի արտադրության ոլորտում

ՀՀ գյուղատնտեսության նախարար Արթուր Խաչատրյանն այսօր ընդունել է ՄԱԿ-ի մշտական համակարգող, ՄԱԶԾ մշտական ներկայացուցիչ Շոմբի Շարփի գլխավորած պատվիրակությանը։

Ինչպես տեղեկացրին ՀՀ գյուղատնտեսության նախարարության լրատվական ծառայությունից,Ողջունելով հյուրերին՝ գյուղատնտեսության նախարարը գոհունակություն է հայտնել նախարարության և ՄԱԶԾ-ի, ինչպես նաև ՄԱԿ-ի այլ կառույցների միջև ձևավորված արդյունավետ համագործակցության առնչությամբ՝ իր երախտագիտությունը փոխանցելով գյուղատնտեսության զարգացման գործում ցուցաբերվող օժանդակության համար, միաժամանակ հույս հայտնելով, որ այդ համագործակցությունը կշարունակի զարգանալ և ընդլայնվել առավել ակտիվ տեմպերով։

Այնուհետև նախարար Խաչատրյանն անդրադարձ է կատարել Հայաստանի ագրարային քաղաքականության առաջնահերթություններին՝ ներկայացնելով հիմնական մոտեցումներն ու զարգացման տեսլականը։ Արթուր Խաչատրյանն ընդգծել է, որ նախարարությունը ոլորտում հավակնոտ ծրագրեր իրականացնելու նպատակադրում ունի, որոնք առավելապես ուղղված են լինելու փոքր և միջին ֆերմերների օժանդակությանը, նորարարական գյուղատնտեսության զարգացմանը, չօգտագործվող վարելահողերի և արոտավայրերի կրճատմանը։

«Մենք չպետք է գյուղը տարանջատենք գյուղատնտեսությունից, և գյուղատնտեսության զարգացումն առաջնահերթ պետք է մարդկանց կյանքի բարելավմանն ուղղված լինի։ Մեր նպատակն է այնպես անել, որպեսզի փոքր և միջին գյուղացիական տնտեսությունների համար, որոնք գյուղատնտեսական համախառն արտադրանքի գերակշիռ մասն են ապահովում, գյուղատնտեսությամբ զբաղվելը ոչ թե օրվա ապրուստի կամ գոյատևման հարց լուծի, այլ վերաճի շահութաբեր բիզնեսի»,- մասնավորապես նշել է նախարար Խաչատրյանը։

          ՄԱԿ-ի մշտական համակարգող Շոմբի Շարփն իր հերթին նշել է, որ գյուղատնտեսության նախարարության հետ համագործակցությունն իրենց համար ռազմավարական կարևորություն ունի, և ուրախ է, որ կան բազմաթիվ նոր գաղափարներ, որոնց ներքո այդ համագործակցությունը կարող է խորանալ և ընդլայնվել։

Հանդիպման ընթացքում կողմերն անդրադարձ են կատարել երկկողմ ծրագրերի իրականացման հնարավորություններին, մասնավորապես մտքեր են փոխանակել նոր մեկնարկելիք «Փորձնական հանրօգուտ ներդրումներ» («Social Impact Bond») ծրագրի շուրջ, որի շրջանակում նախատեսվում է կաթնարտադրության ոլորտում ներդնել արդյունքահեն ֆինանսական մեխանիզմներ՝ ուղղված կաթի որակի բարելավմանն ու արտադրողականության բարձրացմանը։

Հյուրերը տեղեկացրել են, որ առաջիկայում Հայաստան կժամանի միջազգային փորձագիտական խումբ փորձնական ծրագրի նախագծման նպատակով, որը կիրականացվի Շիրակի մարզում։

Քննարկվել են նաև երկկողմ հետաքրքրություն ներկայացնող մի շարք այլ հարցեր։
