Այսօր նոր Հայաստանի սեպտեմբերի 1-ն է, եւ այս փոքրիկները նոր Հայաստանի առաջին առաջին դասարանցիներն են: Այս մասին, այսօր՝ սեպտեմբերի 1-ին, Սեւանի թիվ 3-րդ դպրոցում իր ելույթում հայտարարեց ՀՀ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը:

«Այսօր այս դպրոց է այցելում 111 առաջին դասարանցի: Այսինքն 5 հատ 1 եղավ, գոլդ համար եք բռնել»,-կատարեց նա:

Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն իր խոսքում, մասնավորապես, նշեց.

«Ի՞նչն է տարբերությունը, ինչը պետք է տարբերվի այս նոր իրավիճակում: Ամենակարեւոր արձանագրումն այն է, որ նոր Հայաստանում կարեւորը պետք է լինի ոչ թե գնահատականը, այլ գիտելիքը: Այսինքն ամեն աշակերտ ու ամեն ծնող պետք է ոչ թե գնահատականի հետեւից գնա, այլ գիտելիքի: Նոր Հայաստանում կարեւոր է լինելու ոչ թե այն, ինչ անգիր ենք արել, այլ հմտությունը, ընդունակությունների զարգացումը:

Նոր Հայաստանում դպրոցն ու ուսուցիչը ոչ թե իրենց առջեւ պետք է խնդիր դնեն, որ երեխային ինչ-որ տվյալներ փոխանցեն, նոր Հայաստանում դպրոցը երեխային պետք է պատրաստի թռիչքի բառիս բուն իմաստով, որովհետեւ մենք բոլորս, մեր երկիրը, մեր ժողովրդին պետք է պատրասստենք թռիչքի: Այո, մենք բոլորս պետք է կարողանանք թռչել, հասնել շատ բարձր նպատակների, շատ բարձր արդյունքների: Նոր Հայաստանում ուսումնական պրոցեսը ոչ թե տառապանք պետք է լինի, այլ հաճույք: Դրա համար պետք է համախմբենք մեր ուժերը, ոչ միայն դպրոցը, ուսուցիչները, ծնողները, քաղաքական ուժերը, այլեւ ողջ հանրությունը, ժողովուրդը, պետությունն ու կառավարությունը:

Նոր Հայաստանում սեպտեմբերի 1-ը խորհրդանշում է նոր էջ եւ այդ նոր էջում մենք պետք է ապրենք հաճույքով, ազատ ու երջանիկ:

Ուզում եմ հաջողություն մաղթել բոլորիս, երեխաներին հաջողություն մաղթել թռիչքի պատրաստվելու առաջին օրվա առիթով: Ուզում եմ մեզ բոլորիս հաջողություն մաղթել թռիչքի նախապատրաստվելու մեր նոր ժամանակաշրջանում: Սա իսկապես նոր Հայաստան է, նոր իրավիճակ է եւ ես բոլորիդ աչքերի մեջ տեսնում եմ այդ նորության, ապագայի նկատմամբ վստահության զգացողությունը: Այդ վստահությունը ոչ միայն չի պակասելու, այլ ավելի ու ավելի հզորանալու է: Որովհետեւ դուք մի ժողովուրդ եք, որ հաղթել է եւ սրանից հետո չի պարտվելու»:
