Շավարշ Բզնունյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.

Այն, որ վերջին շրջանում անսկզբունքային բառի հետ հոմանիշվում է Պալաչի անունը, արդեն պարզ իողություն է։ Բավական է միայն վկայակոչել Գագիկ Ծառուկյանի ցուցաբերած մեծոգությունը՝ կապված Պալաչի անտուն մնացած ծնողների բնակարանի, բիզնեսների գնման և նորից նրանց նվիրատվություն անելու հետ, և այդ ֆոնին՝ Պալաչի անողնաշար արարքներն ու ՀՔԾ ներկայացրած դատական հայցը՝ ընդդեմ «Գագիկ Ծառուկյան» բարեգործական ընկերության, և կասկած չի մնա, որ Պալաչը կարող է տականքության՝ մինչ այս եղած բոլոր ռեկորդները գերազանցել։ 
Հիմա էլ նա աբսուրդային իրականության մեջ է հայտնվել ու վերջին ճիգերը գործի դնելով՝ փորձում է իր ՝ իրավական հիմքերից բացարձակապես զուրկ դատական հայցը արդարացնել ու մի բան էլ կարևորություն տալ դրան։ 
Այն, որ հրապարակավ խայտառակվեց Պալաչը՝ իր իսկ ընկերների կողմից փաստարկված դեպքերով, նրա «քցել-թռնելու» մասին իրական պատմություններով ողողվեց համացանցը, նրա ինքնասնանկացման ստորագույն պլանը ջրի երես դուրս եկավ, կարծես թե քիչ էր վերջինիս համար։ Այս բոլոր բացահայտումների հետևանքով սև ամպերը կուտակվեցին Պալաչի գլխին՝ այն էլ դատական ռեալ հիմքերով, քանզի պարզվեց, որ նա քրեորեն պատժելի արարք է գործել՝ գնացել է միտումնավոր ինքնասնանկացման։ Իսկ ՀՀ օրենսգրքով՝ միտումնավոր ինքանսնանկացումը քրեորեն պատժելի հանցանք է, իսկ առկա տեղեկությունները կարող են միայն ապացուցել այդ հանցանքը։ Երեկ հայտնի դարձավ նաև, որ Պալաչի ինքնասնանկացման պլանը նախագծվել ու իրականացվել էր նաև այն պարզ պատճառով, որ նա չվճարեր գործընկերության պայմանագիր ստորագրած չինական ընկերությունից տոկոսային մարման պայմաններով վերցրած 4 մլն ԱՄՆ դոլար գումարը: 
Պայմանագիր ստորագրած ընկերությունների նախկին տնօրեն հանդիսացող Ա. Դալաքյանը պնդում է, որ վերոնշյալ ոչ մի կետը չի կատարվել Պալաչի կողմից․ սա արդեն վկայում է հստակ մշակված պլանի մասին: Այսքանից հետո Պալաչը , որպես երկու ոտքով թակարդն ընկած ծեր աղվես, պետք է քաշեր պոչն ու հեռանար, քանի որ նրա գլխին դատական ամպեր են կուտակվել, բայց նա կրկին հույսը դրել է ստեր տարածելու վրա։ Սակայն ստի կյանքը, ինչպես հայտնի է, քառասուն օր է և ժամանակը բացահայտելու է բոլոր փաստերը, իսկ Պալաչը օրենքի առաջ պատասխան է տալու իր խարդախությունների համար։
