«Մարտիկ» հիմնադրամի հոգաբարձուների խորհրդի նախագահ Արթուր Աղաբեկյանը չի ընդունում ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի կողմից իրեն առաջադրված մեղադրանքը: «Արմենպրես»-ի փոխանցմամբ` այս մասին «Ֆեյսբուք»-ի իր էջում հայտնել է Աղաբեկյանը:

«Առաջադրված մեղադրանքը չեմ ընդունում:

«Մարտիկ հիմնադրամի գործունեության վերաբերյալ հարուցվել է քրեական գործ և այդ շրջանակում հարցաքնվել եմ՝ որպես «Մարտիկ» հիմնադրամի նախագահ։ Ինձ մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել հիմնադրամի խնդիրների և ծրագրերի իրականացման ընթացքում հիմնադրամի ֆինանսական ռեսուրսները վատնելու համար։ Մեծ պատրաստակամությամբ, այս օրերին համագործակցել եմ վարույթն իրականացնող մարմնի հետ։ Մանրամասն պատասխանել եմ բոլոր հարցադրումներին՝ համարելով, որ երբեք առիթ չեմ ունեցել հանգամանորեն ներկայացնելու «Մարտիկ» հիմնադրամի իրականացրած մի քանի հարյուրի հասնող հայրենանվեր ծրագրերը։ Թե բարեգործական, թե ռազմահայրենասիրական և թե մարտական ու քարոզչական ծրագրերի իրականացման համար կրել եմ անձնական պատասխանատվություն, որոնք իրականացրել եմ պատվախնդրությամբ և գտնում եմ, որ գործել եմ բացառապես «Մարտիկ» հիմնադրամի գաղափարի և կանոնադրության շրջանակներում։

Ի գիտություն բոլոր անհանգստացնողներին՝ հիմնադրամի հաշվին առկա է 1.241.000 ԱՄՆ դոլար անձեռնմխելի գումար, որը ձևավորվել է 8200 փաստացի մասնակցի ներդրումից (յուրաքանչյուրը 100 ԱՄՆ դոլար է նվիրաբերել Մարտիկ հիմնադրամին), և 421.000 ԱՄՆ դոլար բանկային տոկոսներից, որը հոգաբարձուների խորհրդի որոշմամբ Արցախյան ազատամարտում զոհված 4210 ազատամարտիկների անունից նվիրաբերվել է հիմնադրամի հաշվին և համալրվել է անձեռնմխելի գումարը։ Իսկ զոհված ազատամարտիկների անունները զետեղվել են martik.am կայքում՝ ի հիշատակ նրանց։ 

Բարեկամներիս տեղեկացնեմ, որ չընդունելով մեղադրանքը, շարունակելու եմ համագործակցել քննչական մարմինների հետ։ Խոստանում եմ պարբերաբար իմ իրավասության շրջանակում այս մասին տեղեկացնել իմ հեղինակությամբ և Մարտիկ հիմնադրամի ապագայով մտահոգվող ընկերներիս և բարեկամներիս»,- նշված է գրառման մեջ:

ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի հատկապես կարևոր գործերի քննության գլխավոր վարչության վարույթում քննվող քրեական գործով ձեռնարկված մեծածավալ քննչական գործողությունների արդյունքում առանձնապես խոշոր չափերի գումարի վատնման դեպքեր են բացահայտվել  «Մարտիկ» հիմնադրամում: Օգոստոսի 29-ին հիմնադրամի հոգաբարձուների խորհրդի նախագահ Արթուր Աղաբեկյանին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 179-րդհոդվածի 3-րդ մասի 1-ին կետով։ Նրա նկատմամբ որպես խափանման միջոց է ընտրվելստորագրություն չհեռանալու մասին։
