Արդյունաբերական անվտանգության միջպետական խորհրդի 16-րդ նիստն անցկացվում է Հայաստանում

Սեպտեմբերի 3-4-ը Հայաստանում անցկացվում է Արդյունաբերական անվտանգության միջպետական խորհրդի հերթական 16-րդ նիստը: Այս տարի միջպետական խորհրդի նախագահությունը Տաջիկստանի Հանրապետությունից անցնում է Հայաստանի Հանրապետությանը: Նիստում ամփոփվելու է 2017-2018թթ. ընթացքում միջպետական խորհրդի կողմից կատարված աշխատանքները:

Ինչպես տեղեկացրին ԱԻՆ լրատվական ծառայությունից, միջպետական խորհրդի նիստերի նպատակն է ԱՊՀ մասնակից պետություններում կարգավորել շահագործվող արտադրական վտանգով օբյեկտներում անվտանգության ապահովման օրենսդրական դաշտը, իրականացնել մեկ միասնական քաղաքականություն, համատեղ մշակել և սահմանել միջազգային նորմերին համապատասխան անվտանգության պահանջները, ներդնել նոր լավագույն տեխնոլոգիաներ, կիրառել կանխարգելիչ միջոցառումներ՝ տեխնածին վթարները, արտադրական դժբախտ դեպքերը և պատահարները նվազեցնելու, սահամանափակելու նպատակով:

Միջպետական խորհրդի 16-րդ նիստում ՀՀ Արտակարգ իրավիճակների նախարար Հրաչյա Ռոստոմյանը ողջունեց նիստի մասնակից Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության, Բելառուսի, Ղազախստանի, Տաջիկստանի, Ղըրղըստանի և Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունների ներկայացուցիչներին, ինչպես նաև ՄԱԿ-ի Եվրոպական տնտեսական հանձնաժողովի պատվիրակությանը և մաղթեց բեղմնավոր աշխատանք: Նա հույս հայտնեց, որ էլ ավելի կբարձրանա ԱՊՀ պետությունների միջև փոխադարձ վստահությունը, կամրապնդվի ժողովուրդների միջև տարիների ընթացքում ձեռք բերված բարեկամությունը:

Նշենք, որ Արդյունաբերական անվտանգության միջպետական խորհուրդն իր նիստերը անցկացնում է տարին մեկ անգամ: Խորհրդի նախագահ է ընտրվում հերթական նիստ անցկացնող ԱՊՀ անդամ պետության արդյունաբերական անվտանգության ոլորտի պետական մարմնի ղեկավարը: ՀՀ-ի կողմից միջպետական խորհրդի անդամ է ընտրվել ՀՀ Արտակարգ իրավիճակների նախարարության «Տեխնիկական անվտանգության ազգային կենտրոն» պետական ոչ առևտրային կազմակերպության տնօրեն Վարդան Գևորգյանը:
ՀՀ արդյունաբերական անվտանգության միջպետական խորհրդի անդամը նախագահելու է խորհրդի 2019 թ. գործունեությունը, իսկ հերթական՝ 17-րդ նիստը անցկացնելու լիազորությունը փոխանցվելու է ՌԴ-ին 2020 թ.-ին:
