Կոտայքի մարզպետ Ռոմանոս Մելիքյանը, ով արդեն հասցրել է աչքի ընկնել իր անհիմն գործողություններով, ով շանտաժի միջոցվով պահանջում է գյուղապետերին հրաժարական ներկայացնել, այժմ էլ որոշել է նույն գործելաոճը որդեգրել դպրոցների տնօրենների նկատմամբ:

Այսպես, նա որոշել է խիստ նկատողություն հայտարարել Գեղաշեն համայնքի միջնակարգ դպրոցի տնօրեն Նաիրա Բաբայանին՝ իբր աշակերտներին միատիպ համազգեստ պարտադրելու համար, այն դեպքում երբ նման բան չի եղել: Մարզպետի այս անհիմն որոշումը արդեն հասցրել է բուռն դժգոհություն առաջացնել սոցիալական ցանցերում, հարուցել է դպրոցի աշակերտների ծնողների դժոգոհությունն ու բողոքը: Բացի դա, մարզպետի որոշումը անհիմն է մի քանի պատճառներով:

Նախ դպրոցը կրթական հաստատություն է, և այնտեղ անթույլատրելի է դպրոցին ոչ հարիր սպորտային կամ ցանկացած այլ տիպի հագուստով ներկայանալը, մի խնդիր, ինչի մասին վաղուց խոսում են բոլոր ծնողները, այնինչ միատիպ հագուստի բացակայությունը բերում է հենց նման դրսևորումների:

Երկրորդ, տնօրենի որոշումը եղել է ոչ թե միանձնյա որոշում և ոչ թե նրա անձնական ցանկությամբ, այլ եղել է ծնողների հորդորով և կոչով, որոնք իրենք են ցանկացել, որ դպրոցում լինի միանման հագուստ: Երրորդ, Կրթության և գիտության նախարար Արայիկ Հարությունյանը ընդամենը օրեր առաջ անձմաբ հայտարարել էր, որ դպրոցում այլևս չկա միասնակաան հագուստ կրելու պարտադրանք և միասնական ձևի հագուստի հարցը լուծում են դպրոցները և այնտեղ գործող ծնողական խորհուրդները: Այս դեպքում ամեն ինչ կատարվել է հենց նախարարի ասածի համաձայն. չի եղել ոչ մի պարտադրանք տնօրենի կողմից, և միասնական հագուստի որոշումը եղել է ոչ թե պարտադրված, այլ դպրոցի և ծնողական խորհդրի համատեղ որոշման արդյունքը, ինչպես ասել էր ԿԳ նախարարը: Դա է պատճառը, որ մարզպետի որոշումը հարուցել է հատկապես դպրոցի ծնողների բուռն դժգոհությունը: 

Այսպիսիով Կոտայքի մարզպետ Ռոմանոս Պետրոսյանը իր քայլով խախտել է անգամ ԿԳՆ նախարարի որոշումը, և հակասել է նախարարի հայտարարությանը: Կարծում ենք, որ ծնողների դժգոհությունն ու բողոքի ձայնը կհասնի ԿԳՆ-ին և Կառավարությանը և այնտեղ կիմանան Կոտայքի մարզպետի անհիմն որոշումների մասին:

Ավելացնենք նաև, որ այսօր մարզում և միջնակարգ կրթության ոլորտում կան բազմաթիվ հարցեր և խնդիրներ, և մարզպետը փոխանակ զբաղվի դրանք լուծելով, կրկին շեղվում է իր բուն պարտականություններից և շարունակում իրեն բնորոշ «չորով» գործեալոճը, ինչի պատճառով վաղուց արդեն հայտնվել է զլմ-ների ուշադրության կնետրոնում: Օրինակ փոխանակ զբաղվելու դպրոցներում միանման աշխատանքային տետրի պարտադրանքի հարցերով, որը այսօր միջնակարգ կրթության խնդիրներից է, մարզպետը կպել է հագուստի թեմային և խիստ նկատողություն է հայտարարում տնօրենին մի բանի համար, ինչը նա չի արել: 

Չի եղել ոչ մի պարտադրանք տնօրենի կողմից, եղել է ծնողների հորդորով կայացված և քննարկումների արդյունքում համատեղ որոշում, որը բխում է նախարար Արայիկ Հարությունյանի խոսքերից և որոշումից, իսկ Կոտայքի մարզպետը այսօր դեմ է գնում ոչ միայն դպրոցնի ծոնղների ցանկությանը, այլ նաև նախարաին և ամբողջ Կառավարությանը:
